Efficient Professional Service

Devin & Matt was the team was assigned to installed a new hot water heater & toilet. MyGuyPlumbing was referred to me and I’m glad that is who I called. Both Devin & Matt were not only courteous and knowledgeable they worked seamlessly together and were very efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up when finished. Very Good Friendly Service

Devin and Javon explained the problem with the sprayer in the Moen faucet. They informed us if we could find the original Moen warranty documents we could save money by having Moen provide a new sprayer. However, we could not find the original warranty. Devin then explained the cost for the installation of a new Moen faucet and with that information we decided to have the installation completed. Devin and Javon completed the installation promptly and were careful about keep the home clean. Devin provided the new Moen warranty with instruction on to sign up online. In addition we signed up for annual inspection of the home plumbing and water heater. We were very pleased with the service and would recommend My Guy to other friends and relatives.

Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak and the water company turned the water off to the home. After inspecting we turned the water back on from the street and found the fitting on the vsccum breaker for the sprinkler system broke. MyGuy plumbing gave options to rectify issue. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing turned water back on home and tested all work for leaks. At this time thier are no leaks found, everything is working as should. MyGuy plumbing turned valve off for sprinkler system

MyGuy Plumbing will disconnect kitchen sink, cut & cap water and waste MyGuy Plumbing will disconnect dishwasher, cut & cap MyGuy Plumbing will disconnect ice maker line going to fridge, cut & cap Water lines and drainage underneath sink are cut and capped. Dishwasher is removed and the electric is off Icemaker line is disconnected

Arrived to the home, client states they had an extremely high water bill, when they arrived to the home they shut off the water to both the outdoor rinse station and the hose Bibb next to it. There is a little hatch next behind the shower where the shut off valves and winterization set up is for the hose Bibb only. I first turned on the hose Bibb valve and there are no leaks at this time. I next went to the shower valve and discovered that the cartridge had blew apart resulting in the leak. There is no winterization set up for the outdoor rinse station, I will provide options for replacement of the cartridge for the client, and options to make a winterization set up for the rinse station. Arrived to home to check for broken lines. Went inside to turn water on and pipes are frozen. Cannot test for leaks because there no water. Crawl space is full of water and floors on first floor are buckling. Will have to wait to come back when pipes are thawed out to further inspect. Waived 59 Attached are pics of inside of home where damage was found. Ceiling in garage and bathroom had fallen from water damage. Water heater should also be reapleced do to age but we will come back when home is thawed and leave options then.

Myguy plumbing explained to the customer that since the unit is 9 years old and has never been flushed, if we flush it, we can be asking for issues with the unit. Customer has hot water and everything is functioning as should. Myguy plumbing would not recommend to flush the unit. For today we collected the visual diagnostic.
