Taking care of my parents house, and live 2 1/2 hours away. Never thought I would be able to find someone who would not only be able to come on short notice, but be able to service boiler and get it running within the same day as calling. From the moment we called, Jill knew the importance of the situation and juggled the schedule so Chris could come and help us. Chris was friendly and so professional. Hardness 5 pH 7.0 Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Upon inspection we noticed all emergency shutoff valves are old and either very hard to turn by hand or can’t turn at all. Also found a butterfly valve for the water heater. Both toilets passed dye test and there are no leaks in the home. Performed free lav sink drain cleaning and the lav is now draining as it should.
New washer box laundry hoses and move washer Arrived to home to install laundry box. MyGuy supplied and installed new laundry box in customer wall. Had to remove Sheetrock she is aware that we don’t put back. Cut and re routed water and drain lines. Everything is secure and tested for leaks. Ran and drained washer. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site replace hose spigot and Kohler shower cartridge. Replaced hose spigot with a vacuum breaker attached to it and cut hole inside of home to pipe it in. Replaced Kohler shower cartridge and there is no longer a drip when not in use. Shower gets hot and cold water as it should.

Arrives to home to hook up washer and add valves. While here gave customer option for a washer box to tuck away all piping. Customer decided to move forward with washer box. Will be back Friday to do the work. Collected $1391.60.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. Customer stated that they would only like kitchen and laundry room checked out after inspecting my guy plumbing wrote up options to get what we found rectified for today. The customer would like all options emailed over to them.
Arrived on site client stated his toilet was clogged and would like us to unclog it for him. Client stated he had issues with the toilet in the past but would still just like us to auger for today. Augered the toilet and flushed multiple times. Toilet is now flushing tabs it should.
Arrieved on site client stated his tub spout upstairs was constantly dripping. Client has a Kohler shower cartridge. He also stated that the hose bib in the front is dripping constantly even when off. Client would like to move forward with Option 1 and for the work to be done at a later date. Collected a deposit and will be returning next Thursday.
Arrived on site today to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspecting we wrote up estimates on what we found to get rectified, customer would like to move forward with work. After all work was completed Myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks everything is working as should.

Hardness 3 PH 8.1 Chlorine.3ppm Pressure 65psi Annual plumbing inspection and boiler start up During the inspection, discovered all shut off valves within the home work and none of the toilets failed the dye test. Only issue I located was the vanity/free standing lav sink has an illegal, simple drain accordion style p trap. Due to spacing, the only real way to fix this would be to replace the sink and install a normal vanity. Will leave quote for a new vanity install. Vacuumed out boiler and wiped it cleaned. Turned on each thermostat to ensure that the boiler is working properly. Boiler appears to turn on and off as it should and is ready for the winter season.
Replace shut off valve for dishwasher Arrived to home to replace shut off for dishwasher install. Upon inspection found plastic valve with built in supply line for dishwasher. Appliance company found not install because there was no way to disconnect supply line. Gave option for us to install. MyGuy supplied and installed new pex angle stop and tested for leaks , there are none at this time.
Pull and reset Arrived to home for leaking toilet. Upon inspection found that toilet was leaking from base but also hard supply line. Left options. MyGuy supplied and installed new material to perform pull and reset. Tested for leaks by flushing. There are none at this time.
