Taking care of my parents house, and live 2 1/2 hours away. Never thought I would be able to find someone who would not only be able to come on short notice, but be able to service boiler and get it running within the same day as calling. From the moment we called, Jill knew the importance of the situation and juggled the schedule so Chris could come and help us. Chris was friendly and so professional. Customer stead that their kitchen faucet was loose. MyGuy plumbing installed customer supplied faucet in 2022. MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to rectify issue. For today customer would not like to move forward with any work
Replaced water heater. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. There are no leaks at this time everything is working as should.
Arrived to home to replace sediment filetr. MyGuy supplied and installed sediment filter, bled out housing and tested for leaks. There are none at this time.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection and replace home filter and reverse osmosis filters. After completing annual home inspection. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace filters. Customer would like to move forward with work. After installing RO filters MyGuy plumbing could not get the sediment filter off the housing. MyGuy plumbing will be sending out another technician to take care of issue.

Arrived on site customer stated that the stove is leaking gas. Upon inspection used my gas detector to detect where the leak was located found that there was a small trace of gas near the connector but as soon as I put the gas detector near the regulator of the stove it began detecting high traces of gas. Recommend customer replace or repair stove due to the bad regulator. Isolated appliance by shutting gas off and told customer to not turn on the valve for any reason until someone installs a new stove and retests the gas line.
Arrived to the home, client states that yesterday they had no hot water and they can hear water in the wall, home is on a slab. There is no visible water damage anywhere that I can see, which leads me to believe that this is a potential slab leak. The sounds I am hearing appear to be coming from the wall between the water heater and the bathtub, adjacent to the kitchen stove. I have called All States Home Restoration on the customers behalf to provide leak detection on where the leaking pipe is located.
Arrived on site client stated their shutoff valve for the hose bib was leaking. Shutoff valve was located underneath the kitchen sink in a tight space and needed to be unsweated of because their was not a lot of pipe to work with. Client does not want to move forward at this time.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection, after inspection we wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified, for today we emailed over estimates to the customer, customer will call us when they are ready to proceed with work.
Hardness 5 pH 7.0 Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Upon inspection we noticed all emergency shutoff valves are old and either very hard to turn by hand or can’t turn at all. Also found a butterfly valve for the water heater. Both toilets passed dye test and there are no leaks in the home. Performed free lav sink drain cleaning and the lav is now draining as it should.
New washer box laundry hoses and move washer Arrived to home to install laundry box. MyGuy supplied and installed new laundry box in customer wall. Had to remove Sheetrock she is aware that we don’t put back. Cut and re routed water and drain lines. Everything is secure and tested for leaks. Ran and drained washer. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site replace hose spigot and Kohler shower cartridge. Replaced hose spigot with a vacuum breaker attached to it and cut hole inside of home to pipe it in. Replaced Kohler shower cartridge and there is no longer a drip when not in use. Shower gets hot and cold water as it should.

Arrives to home to hook up washer and add valves. While here gave customer option for a washer box to tuck away all piping. Customer decided to move forward with washer box. Will be back Friday to do the work. Collected $1391.60.
