Taking care of my parents house, and live 2 1/2 hours away. Never thought I would be able to find someone who would not only be able to come on short notice, but be able to service boiler and get it running within the same day as calling. From the moment we called, Jill knew the importance of the situation and juggled the schedule so Chris could come and help us. Chris was friendly and so professional. Immediately knew the problem and took care of it, and cleaned our boiler within a couple of hours. Jill also called to follow up that we were satisfied with the work. Replace shut off valve for dishwasher Arrived to home to replace shut off for dishwasher install. Upon inspection found plastic valve with built in supply line for dishwasher. Appliance company found not install because there was no way to disconnect supply line. Gave option for us to install. MyGuy supplied and installed new pex angle stop and tested for leaks , there are none at this time.
Pull and reset Arrived to home for leaking toilet. Upon inspection found that toilet was leaking from base but also hard supply line. Left options. MyGuy supplied and installed new material to perform pull and reset. Tested for leaks by flushing. There are none at this time.

Client decided not to move forward with the 2 toilet replacements. On original visit 9/6/25 the technician collected a $400 deposit instead of charging for the work that was done. Client paid the $62.91 over the phone so we will be returning the deposit check via mail.

Customer stated that their toilet was running after inspecting we found that the fill valve was engaging itself. Customer has two toilets in the home. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace the toilets along with rebuilding them. Customer has a surgery coming up so for today we will just replace the fill valve in the toilet that is running. Today we collected a 400 dollar down deposit. Customer will call us back when they are ready to schedule. After all work was completed myguy tested for leaks at this time thier are no leaks everything is working as should.
