Replaced shower cartridge and shower trim. Howell Township, NJ 07731
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspecting we left estimates on what we found. For today customer would just like options emailed over to them
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a few issues with their toilet. After inspecting we found that the flapper for the toilet has gone bad also the toilet handle has broke. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace toilet, or to rebuild the toilet with a new toilet handle. For today, the customer would like to move forward with rebuilding the toilet. After all work was completed myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there appears to be no leaks or issues found. Everything is working as should.
Repair on Navien combination boiler in Howell, NJ.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have washing machine hoses that are stuck on the pipe. Upon inspection found that we can try to remove them or recommend replacement. Customer would like to just have them removed. While removing the hot side valve snapped in the wall immediately shut water of to water heater and stopped the leak. Told customer as a courtesy we will replace the valve. Asked customer about water on the carpet and they stated that it is ok that they are going to use a vacuum to clean up and by signing this document we are not responsible for any water damage that could have possibly occurred. Installed new laundry valve on the hot side and and tested work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time collected payment.

Arrived on site client stated they had a kitchen clog and a leak under the sink. Upon inspection client had a studor vent that was bad and the trap underneath was leaking because it was unable to be inserted all the way in properly. Piped in the trap properly with a tubular trap and replaced the studor vent underneath. Clients stated the kitchen sink drain much better now.

Arrived on site client stated his kitchen sink was slow draining. Upon inspection client has galvanized piping going from the kitchen to downstairs where there is a small section of PVC that I would recommend get repiped to make it right. Client also has a nipple coming out of the wall under the kitchen sink that is rotting and has a slow drip but due to timing client would like to have us come out another day for an estimate to repipe. As for today I hydro jetted clients kitchen drain going all the way to the main. Ran hot water when done to test for flow. Kitchen drain is now draining as it should but advised customer to have us come out to fix slow drip under kitchen sink.
Customer stated that they had a leak in their living room ceiling and believe it’s from the bathroom. After inspecting we went to the master bathroom and inspected the shower, Myguy plumbing noticed a gap in the shower doors and the shower hand held is leaking. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to perform a shower pan test. Or to cut open the ceiling below to see what is going on, for today customer would like to get a grout company come out and re-seal the shower, if customer still sees water marks or drips after shower is grouted. Myguy plumbing advised customer to call us back.
Customer stated that their tub spout was leaking when the shower was off and was leaking when the shower head was on as well. After inspecting customer has a MOEN troll shower valve. Myguy plumbing supplied and installed one new MOEN shower cartridge along with a new tub spout. After all work was completed Myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time their are no leaks everything is working as should.
Arrived to home for customer supplied toilet and cartridge. Upon inspection found toilet pulled and new toilet ready to be installed. Customer also had cartridge on site. Still gave options for us to supply material. Customer would like to get other estimates but we will credit 59 dollars towards any option if they choose to call back.
Hardness 4 pH 7 Arrived on site perform plumbing inspection. Checked all shutoff valves and put blue dye tabs in all toilets. Checked for leaks and all drain flow. Everything appears to be in working order at this time.
