My Guy Plumbing did a great job replacing my shower, fixed an important leaking pipe. Replaced a toilet, then had to reinstall it after it was discovered it was a faulty toilet. All done very efficiently, professionally and with a very positive attitude. Very pleasant company to work with.

Devin and apprentice Matt came to fix a pressure valve leak on my main water line. I had extensive floor damage which I explained to Erica who was extremely nice. I called yesterday (Sunday evening and of course that’s when things break down) and got a response early this morning and Devin and Matt were scheduled to come between 1pm-4pm. Abou 1:10 I got a text that they were on their way! Very professional, covered shoes and got right to it. No nonsense, no fluff etc. Showed me the book they have with the prices for repair so I knew in advance what the job would cost. Devin every step. What he was going to do and what he felt caused the issue. Excellent service with knowledgeable technicians. I will use them again and will recommend them to family and friends. They cost more than another estimate I got but I was impressed they they handled things so I got what I paid for. Give them a call!

I’m very happy with the team at My Guy Plumbing. I was able to get an appointment in less than 48 hours, Brian and Matt were prompt, professional and very thorough. They were able to find the source of my leak and replace the hardware that had a deteriorated seal and provide a quote for another repair that we had putting bandages on. I signed up for the membership program, which is a great value and gives me so peace of mind. I’m really glad that they were recommended to me, and I will definitely pay it forward if someone I know needs a reliable plumbing contractor. On a side note, the link for to the Facebook reviews is broken, so you might want to reach out to your provider.

Accessible plastic pipe repair, non stock parts Arrived to home for leak under kitchen sink. Upon inspection found 2 pinhole leaks from 3/8 polybutylene lines. PB is a discontinued type of piping that is notorious for pinhole leaks. In this case, after cutting out damaged area found to be what appears teeth marks or chew marks from an animal. MyGuy repaired using couplings tested for leaks and there are none at this time. Because PB is known for springing leaks, MyGuy cannot warranty repair nor other leaks that may happen in the future. Cabinets had substantial water damage upon arrival.
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leak and frozen pipes. Upon inspection found that the water services comes up out of the ground outside of the home and the heat tape is no longer working. Recommend customer gets heat tape or some sort of enclosure so this issue does not happen again. Gave options to thaw out pipes. Thawed pit piping and then located leak underneath bathtub two polybutylene lines that have pinholes in them. Repaired with sharkbite couplings but cannot warranty work due to piping being polybutylene. Tested all work and everything appear to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Customer wanted to replace faucet but found that the sink was made of plastic and cracked all over and I am concerned that we will damage the sink even more and will not be able to install the faucet. Recommend replacing entire sink and faucet and we will install shut off valves as a courtesy.
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like to have their tub replaced with a shower. Upon inspection found that they have a one piece tub enclosure. Gave options to demo remove old tub and install new shower pan with walls and a new shower valve supplied through us or customer supplied. We are not responsible for any trim or Sheetrock that will need to be removed. Customer would like to move forward and will call to give a down deposit. Performed inspection and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they tried to install their widespread lav faucet but it kept leaking. After inspecting we found multiple leaks on the faucet and the pop up assembly. Myguy plumbing gave customer options for a faucet supplied by us, or to re install the faucet the customer has now. Customer would like to move forward with customer supplied option. After all work was competed myguy plumbing tested for leaks, at this time there appears to be no leaks found everything is working as should. Please note that there is NO WARRANTY on customer supplied products.
Customer supplied toilet cut&cap/3 shut off valves with membership Arrived on site installed new customer supplied toilet, widespread lav faucet, shut off valves, and drainage. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Replaced 40 gallon natural draft water heater. Jackson Township, NJ 08527
Customer stated that they had a leak on their garbage disposal after inspecting we found that the garbage disposal gas a pin hole leak. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace garbage disposal or to install regular drainage. Customer would like to install new garbage disposal. After Myguy plumbing installed garbage disposal, we tested for leaks, at this time there are no leaks found and everything is working as should.
Arrived to home for cut and cap. MyGuy cut water lines in bathroom and capped. Pressurized system and there are no leaks at this time. Plugged drain and toilet after pulling. Collected partial towards total amount. Will be back when vanity is set and work is ready to be completed. Note: when arrived back we will have to lower flange. Customer is aware. Invoice will increase
Pipe repair Arrive to home for leaking in ceiling. Upon inspection found pinhole leak on 3/4 copper line. Customer also has tankless and should service annually. MyGuy supplied and installed material needed to fix leak on pipe. Turned water on and tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
Inspected leak on lavatory faucet and provided options to replace tub shoe and over flow. Lakewood, NJ 08701
We had recently installed a new hose Bibb for the client, we arrived today because one of the joints under the sink are leaking. After a through evaluation of the system, I discovered that one of the solder joints had a slight drip coming from it. After speaking to the technician on site, they advised me, along with the client, after the install, the gate valve under the sink was turned and hard to reach. The tech then advised me they cut the pipe and rotated the connection. My theory behind the leak is that when they had rotated it, the motion had split the solder joint. I heated up the coupling, added flux and more solder to the coupling and there are no more leaks at this time. I advised to the client that there is no warranty for today, and that if it does leak again I will need to replace the valve for the hose bib and also advised them to have me remove the sharkbite fittings, at an additional cost. Will leave a revised quote for that service if needed.
Arrived on site client stated his hose bib was not working properly and it’s spinning. Upon inspection I looked under the kitchen sink and noticed thier are shark bite fittings and the hose bib is connected to a shark bite tee which is why it is able to spin. Offered options to repipe and replace all shark bite fittings with pro press and to replace hose bib with new shutoff valve. Client would like to only replace hose bib at this time. When done I tested for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Client has one year parts and labor warranty.

Arrived back to replace shower valve. MyGuy supplied and installed new Moen shower valve and after tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
