Charlie came to my house to replace two bibs that were leaking and loose. He was very professional and knowledgeable and arrived during the time window I was told. He was also very personable. He took the time to explain to me how they are supposed to properly work. I have a 2 year warranty as well for the parts from this job, and signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. When I need plumbing work again, I will absolutely call My Guy Plumbing, and I will ask specifically for Charlie to do the work.

Arrived on site today to complete inspection customers annual home inspection and boiler start up. After inspecting we wrote up estimates for what we found on the home inspection that should be rectified, for today customer would like all options emailed over to them
Installed new gas line to serve fireplace. Lanoka Harbor, NJ 08734
Replace cast iron and leave copper stub downs. Reroute sewer line inside crawlspace to exit out the left side of the home to avoid demo of front porch and follow same path after routing around the deck and tying back into sewer line at the curb. Repiped all cast iron in crawlspace and installed new toilet flange. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had roots and would like to have the line inspected. Sent down camera and found a root penetration 3’ in and a separation approximately 30’ out. Gave options on spot repairs and customer would like to just have roots removed at this time so they can decide later on the spot repairs. Sent down cutter head and removed root blockage. Tested work and collected payment.
Cleared root intrusion for sewer
Arrived on site customer stated that they have a leaking boiler. Upon inspection found that the water heater is leaking from the tank itself. The water heater will need to be replaced as well as all the safety features such as the expansion tank, and the flue pipe will need to be increased to 4” to meet code requirements. Gave options for replacement with a 6 year tank warranty and a 10 year tank warranty through the manufacturer. Gave options and customer is getting other estimates before making a decision. Collected visual diagnostic fee.
Today we arrived on site to compete customer annual home inspection, after inspecting we wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified. Customer would like to move forward with all work. After all work was completed Myguy plumbing tested for leaks. There are no leaks at this time everything is working as should. Please note that their is no warranty on the vacuum breaker, or the tightening of the shown handle.
Today Myguy plumbing arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After completing home inspection we wrote up estimates to get what we found on the inspection rectified. For today, customer would like all options emailed over to them,
Pressure 60 Hardness 5 PH 8 Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspection we wrote up estimates to get things rectified, customer would like to move forward, today Myguy plumbing replaced toilet. After all work was completed Myguy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time their is no leaks found, everything is working as should.
Customer stated that they had a leak under their lav sink, after inspecting we found that the leak is coming from the faucet itself. Customer has a double sink vanity, customer would like to replace both faucets so they match. Customer would also like to replace hose bib as it is leaking. Myguy plumbing wrote up options for the customer and customer would like to move forward. After all work was completed Myguy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks everything is working as should.
FOUND ON INSPECTION MASTER BATHROOM -replace shower head -replace MOEN Posi temp cartridge -complete rebuild under lav sink to replace shark bite shutoff valves, and replace accordion drain HALLWAY BATHROOM -toilet did not last dye test, customer would like to replace toilet KITCHEN -replace hot and cold shutoff valves for faucet GARAGE -replace peak flow filter for Navien. Arrived to home to complete work on invoice. MyGuy supplied and installed new toilet, peak flow cartridge, Moen cartridge for shower, Moen shower head, complete rebuild under lav sink, 4 shut off valves and tested for leaks there are none at this time. Customer had capped off 1” line out of the house and could not confirm if plug was black or galvanized. I used a brass adapter and copper cap to be sure and replaced shut off for that line under lav sink with ball valve in case new homeowner wanted it for future use.
