Charlie came to my house to replace two bibs that were leaking and loose. He was very professional and knowledgeable and arrived during the time window I was told. He was also very personable. He took the time to explain to me how they are supposed to properly work. I have a 2 year warranty as well for the parts from this job, and signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. When I need plumbing work again, I will absolutely call My Guy Plumbing, and I will ask specifically for Charlie to do the work.

Arrived to the home, client is selling the home to their son and they are moving out of state. The had a home inspection done and there were a few issues that the inspector flagged them on. Main issue was a broken sewer line in the crawlspace and copper piping no being strapped and is laying on the ground. Also the inspector stated that the gas line that penetrates the block in the crawlspace is not sleeved. The hole that the original installer drilled for the gas line is very large for the half inch pipe so they used spray foam to make up the difference. The gas line is not touching any concrete and does pose any real issues at this time. I provided options to repair the broken drain and strapped up the copper piping for the client. Cut out and removed broken drain line in crawlspace. Adapted to existing drain line using no hub couplings. Supplied and installed new drain pipe and fittings. Secured my connections and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Strapped up co

We had recently replaced the existing water heater for the client, since the time of that install the client stated a weird sound coming from the Moen shower valve whenever you turn the dial to the hot side. The tech on site had attempted to replace the shower cartridge for the client after the water heater was installed, and there is still very poor pressure from the hot side only and the shower valve is making a weird noise. I arrived on site and first wanted to make sure the issue of the shower valve. I first replaced the shower cartridge for the client and the is still not pressure and it is still making a weird noise. My theory was there is debris stuck in the shower valve causing the reduction in pressure and the sound. I advised to the client, before I replace the valve to let me flush the system. I removed the shower cartridge and placed the shower curtain of the tub to prevent the water from leaking outside the tub. I turned on the water to the home for 10 seconds and the went
