Charlie came to my house to replace two bibs that were leaking and loose. He was very professional and knowledgeable and arrived during the time window I was told. He was also very personable. He took the time to explain to me how they are supposed to properly work. I have a 2 year warranty as well for the parts from this job, and signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. When I need plumbing work again, I will absolutely call My Guy Plumbing, and I will ask specifically for Charlie to do the work.

New tankless install in Long Beach Island, NJ.
Arrived on site to perform annual plumbing inspection for member. While performing inspection we came across a few issues that we recommend remediating. -Expansion Tank Failure On Indirect -Ball Valve Leaking After Pump On Boiler -Emergency Shut Off Valve Under Kitchen Sink Supplying Dishwasher Leaking -Faucet Leaking From Hot Side Handle When Running -Shower Diverter Failure Technician will be returning to provided estimates and solutions for issues listed above.
Hardness 4 pH 7 Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Check all valves in the home under sinks and toilet valves and put blue dye tabs in toilets. Checked for leaks in crawlspace and in the home. All plumbing in the home is in good working order.
Performed plumbing inspection in Forked River NJ
Provided options to conduct spot repair on main sewer line. Forked River, NJ 08731
Arrived on site we were out yesterday and could not clear blockage. Upon sending camera down sewer line found that the root penetration was approximately 42 from cleanout located in front of the porch near tree. Was able to slightly restore flow by removing roots with camera. Ran water and at this time the line appears to be clear. Found the toilet we pulled and reset yesterday had a minor leak out will send back tech that pulled the toilet to correct issues. Gave options on spot repair which include well points as well because we are right on the water and the water table is high. Customer would not like to move forward with repairs at this time. Did let customer know if this issue is not addressed this will continue to happen. Mail copy of invoice
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a few issues that they would like addressed. Upon inspection found that there is a mixing valve for the toilet in the crawlspace that is leaking and they would like it removed. angle stops underneath the kitchen sink are not functioning properly the rubber is starting to deteriorate and clogged the faucet. The expansion tank on the water heater is bad and needs to be replaced. Also found that the vent piping for the water heater is undersize. Recommend replacement of vent piping. Customer stated that they are going to replace the water heater soon and bring everything up to code at that time Gave options and customer would like to move forward with removing the mixing valve, replacing the shut off valves underneath the kitchen sink and installing a new expansion tank. Tested it all work and everything appears to be working order, and there appears to be no leaks at this time collected payment. Also replace supply line for toilet as courtesy
Customer stated that when we installed water heater, we never installed the expansion tank when homeowner got their inspection done. The inspector failed them for no expansion tank. Today,My guy plumbing installed one expansion tank on the water heater after all work was completed. My guy plumbing tested for leaks and everything is working it should
Today we arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection and boiler cleaning, after inspection we wrote up options on what needed to be rectified, for today, we collected a 500 dollar down deposit and the work will be performed at a later date. As of now everything is working as should.
Hardness 3 pH 7.3 Arrived on site and performed members annual plumbing inspection. While inspecting toilet in secondary bathroom it was discovered that the toilet emergency shut off was corroded and unable to turn completely. Not currently leaking. Customer was interested in potentially having us winterize their hose bibs, provided with estimate. Also while inspecting in crawl we discovered that there was an attempt on making a two way clean out, unfortunately it was installed improperly and could cause back ups in the future, not currently backed up.
