Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspection we wrote up estimates on what we found to get rectified. Customer would like all options emailed over to them
Arrived to the home, customer is going to purchase a smaller vanity and needs an estimate for the work to be completed. The drain does come from the left side, customer is okay with us drilling a hole through the vanity so we do not have to recess the drain in the wall and relocate to a better spot. Client would like to speak with their spouse and will give us a call back when the vanity is purchased. No 59$
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak in the ceiling. After inspecting we cut open the ceiling and found it was the hot line for the water Heater. MyGuy plumbing presented options to rectify work. Customer would like to move forward with the work, MyGuy plumbing cut out pipe and ran a new line of pex. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks, at this time there are no leaks present everything is working as should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak on shower on the second floor appearing in the kitchen ceiling, after inspecting we found that the brass extension tail piece has corroded and broke, MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to rectify issues. Customer would like to move forward, after all work was completed MyGuy plumbing filled up the tun and tested for leaks, at this time their are no leaks found everything is working and draining as should.
Arrived to the home, the upstairs bathroom group had leaked causing a lot of water damage which needed to remediated. The entire bathroom group is gutted down to the studs at this time. Client has requested two quotes, one being all customer supplied fixtures, other is fixtures provided by MyGuy Plumbing. There is a shower pan onsite,and client would like to purchase their own vanity as well. No 59$
Remove accordion tailpiece and replace trap Replace toilet valve in downstairs bathroom Replace main shutoff valve with ball valve Under kitchen sink: Replace globe valve with ball valve, remove saddle valve, remove 90 going into hose bib and new angle stop on the cold side under sink Also replace shower head as a courtesy if client has one on site the day we perform work Cut out copper piping on cold side only under the kitchen sink. Supplied and installed brand new ball valve for existing hose Bibb. Supplied and install two new shut off valves on for the cold side of the faucet, other is an ice maker. Secured my connections under the kitchen sink. Turned water off at the street. Disconnected and removed existing gate valve at the main. Supplied and installed new full port ball valve before the meter. Secured those connections. Removed accordion trap/tailpiece under lav sink. Supplied and installed new supply new tubular tailpiece and trap under sink.
Arrived on site client stated they are selling the home and would like a few things done. Upon inspection client has a leak under lav sink. There is an accordion style tailpiece I recommend to get removed and the trap would need to be replaced as well. Client would also like to replace the toilet valve in that same bathroom. Under the kitchen sink there is a saddle valve and globe valve that should also be replaced and since everything there is being cut out we will be adding a new valve for the cold side for the kitchen faucet. Client also has a gate valve for the main I recommend we replace. Client says she will go buy a new shower head for upstairs bathroom that we can replace as a courtesy if she has it on site the day we perform the work. Took a deposit and we will be returning at a later date.

Arrived on site client stated her garbage disposal wasn’t working and was just humming. When turning on the disposal it worked but we heard something in the disposal. Client stated she dropped a shot glass in the disposal. Removed a few pieces from the disposal and it is now working as it should.
Customer was having plumbing problems under her kitchen sink. She needed a shut off her dishwasher installed along with some more plumbing underneath your kitchen sink to be corrected.
Supplied and installed brand new American Standard Cadet Pro toilet. Supplied and installed new wax seal, Johnny bolts, supply line, and shut off valve. Secured all my connections and flushed the toilet numerous times to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked base of the toilet as well.
Provided options to install new stove
Arrived to the home to installed a customer supplied toilet, toilet is already pulled due to bathroom renovation. I prepped the flange with new wax and supply line. The toilet the client has on site is cracked. I next provided options for toilet provided by MyGuy. Client would like to go forward with the work and would like us to return this Friday in the afternoon for the install. I have accepted a deposit for the work to be completed.
