Arrived on site clients stated their stated their downstairs bathroom toilet was clogged. Upon inspection I ran water in the lav and kitchen sink and the toilet water would rise. Client has 2 clean outs, one in the garage and one in the front of the home. Snaked main from the cleanout in the garage and cleared the clog. Ran water in the kitchen and lav sink and flushed toilet multiple times. Everything is now draining as it should.
1 item under kitchen sink Arrived to home for leak under kitchen sink. Upon inspection found that tubular joint popped. Drain had play and was backpitched. Someone had bent tubular arm to try and correct pitch. Recommend cutting out incorrectly installed 45 angle fitting and redo all drainage up to basket strainer. Today MyGuy supplied and installed new bag trap and used greeenfield hanger to correct pitch without cutting out existing 45 fitting. Drain is now pitched and all connections are tight. ***bottom of cabinet is completely saturated, soft and warped. While working my elbow caused damage. I let customer know and they are aware. Recommend hiring carpenter to replace before mold is able to grow.
Repipe under kitchen sink tinton falls nj
Arrived to the home, customer had recently had their countertops in their kitchen replaced with a new sink and would like up to do the plumbing underneath, customer had already installed the kitchen faucet. Also there is a valve in the laundry room for a utility sink that does not hold water either, when I arrived to the home customer had already shut off the water to the home due to another valve under the kitchen sink not holding water either. I provided options and customer would like to go through with the work quoted and become a member. Supplied and installed new pvc pipe, fittings, tubular drainage and basket strainer under the kitchen sink. Supplied and installed new one new shut off valve under the kitchen sink as well. Secured all my connections and pressure tested the sink to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Supplied and installed two new shut off valves under the utility sink location. Capped off sewer line to prevent sewer gases from entering the home. S
Pull and reset arrived to home for toilet leaking into basement. Upon inspection found 2 lead bends and recommend replacing. Customer had new toilets so no need for replacement. Customer also has double vanity in bathroom only one side with water and drainage. Left options for everything. Today MyGuy performed pul and reset and tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Gave worse case scenario on estimates that I sent today being that I am not sure how plumbing is piped in behind wall. Price may decrease on day of work.
Arrived to home for low pressure. Sean was out here to install customer supplied whole house filtration system. Information I gathered was about 2 weeks after install customer noticed substantial pressure drop when more than one fixtures are use at the same time. Bypassing the system brought pressure back. My concern is that if the filters are clogged, it only took 2 weeks for that to happen. Swapping the filters may solve the problem in the meantime but my opinion is that this same issue will occur not long after swapping filters. Spoke with Sean and we both agree that system is not adequate for the amount of fixtures in the home. Filtration system should be reanalyzed and specs looked over to find out hat system can handle. Waived 59 Customer asked to bypass system until Sean comes next week.

After arriving on site customer explained that the leak under the sink was coming from the basket strainer. After testing we were able to determine that the gasket for the basket strainer had rotted out and part of it was cracked. Provided estimate to replace basket strainer and customer agreed to move forward with work. All work was tested for leaks, there are no leaks found at this time.
Arrived to the condos for a leak from upstairs unit down to the downstairs. Both apartments are apples to apples layout, and the toilet in the master bathroom leaks down below. I provided options for a pull and reset on the toilet. After pulling the toilet, the floor and sub floor are completed destroyed. Resetting this toilet will not stop the leak, I advised to the customer to have the floor replaced and have us come back to reinstall the toilet. There is another toilet that needed to be rebuilt. I advised to the client to have us repair the toilet in the hallways so at least there is a working toilet for the client. Supplied and installed brand new fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Secured my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Customer has requested a hard copy of the invoice mailed to their home.
