Javon did an excellent job! He cc replaced the old galvanized drain pipe with all new PVC. Problem solved. No more backed drain for the shower or washing machine! This is the second time I’ve used My Guy Plumbing. They’re my go to for anything plumbing.

My neighbor suggested this company. It was an urgent situation so, I wasn’t able to shop around. Devin is professional and the work was completed properly. The price was high but expected. I joined membership to save a couple of hundred dollars. I’m not sure that I should have. It covers inspection checks and water heater drain and discount on service repairs if needed. However, it sounded good, but with a well maintained home, needing a plumber is not often. The financing offered is a pia. The financing company is based in Boca Florida and are minimally acceptable. I would have sought different options for a loan. But, when faced with a crisis, it sounded good. The job also took several days to fix due to bad weather. Devin and helper worked very hard digging out the broken pipe. Overall, the work completed is satisfactory. My front door and porch was covered in mud for a few days so, we had to use the side door to go in and out of the house. I would have liked to have an option to fix top of sewer pipe which is cracked open; it doesn’t affect the performance but it is an eyesore to me. At the time I just didn’t know better because it was a huge mess. Now, to fix it will be another big process and expense. The company tried to add a personal touch by sending us a my guy plumbing soft lunch cooler. It’s not a bad company but it’s definitely not a five star. The financing company is a one star. I wish them well as everyone was kind and professional.

Arrived on site customer stated that they had no hot water again, customer stated that when we left on Monday, they had hot water but when they went to take a shower, they had no hot water again. After taking the cover off the unit and inspecting the unit, we found that the syphon hose is leaking, MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to replace syphon hose, after installing syphon hose MyGuy plumbing ran hot water to ensure their are no leaks. At this time everything appears to be working as should no issues. Recommend install new siphon assembly as well. Will order part and contact home owner when we are coming back to install part, collected payment.
Customer stated that they would like their hose taken off there hose spicket, also they dropped a glove in the toilet and flushed it. Customer wanted to make sure that there was no issues with the toilet. After inspecting, MyGuy plumbing flushed the toilet multiple and found no issues with the toilet. Collected visual diagnostic fee
Arrived on site replaced water pressure sensor and inlet. Found that water is continuously running through the unit and draining through the condensate line. Contacted tech support and they stated that the heat exchanger is leaking and will need to be replaced. Will most likely be able to return Saturday to install heat exchanger.

Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection after inspecting. Myguy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified, for today customer would just like options emailed over to them. As of now everything is working as should
Customer stated that they had low pressure in their shower and in their kitchen. After inspecting we found that the supply line for the kitchen faucet was kinked Myguy plumbing unkinked the line and everything is working as should. For the shower customer has an Amazon shower valve. MyGuy pluming gave customer options to replace shower valve with a MOEN Posi temp single handle, or to rebuild existing shower valve and replace cartridge. Customer also would like to get a gas stove and connect it to the gas line that is behind the stove now. When customer is ready to asses stove, Myguy plumbing Will send out a gas line specialist to give customer the quote.

Arrived to the home, customer states that yesterday the toilet had clogged up. When i entered the home, client advised me that the toilet is working properly but would like us to make sure everything is in working order. Both toilets in the home are flushing and draining properly. I ran fixtures to make sure there is no main line stoppage as well, which there is not at this time. But toilets are of lower quality, if clogging keeps happening, I recommend upgrading the toilet to a pressure assisted toilet to help prevent future stoppages.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had no heat no hot water. Upon inspection found that the circulator pump is leaking and the heat exchanger is in bad shape. Upon inspection contacted tech support they stated that the circulator pump need to be replaced and recommend the 3 way valve be replaced. They stated that the heat exchanger is ok for now but in the past we’ve found that most time tech support recommends replacement with the condition it is in. Replaced circulator pump and purged unit and found that the water pressure sensor inlet is leaking as well that was not noticed previously will need to return to replace part tomorrow. Collected payment for work performed today.
Arrived to the home, customer states there is a leak from the upstairs going down to the first floor, home is a bi level style house. Customer states it leaks worse when the dishwasher is ran in the kitchen upstairs and the leak appears to be coming from the supply register above the fridge on the first floor. After removing the supply register, I discovered an ABS drain pipe has a fracture crack resulting in the leak. After cutting the pipe I discovered a major amount of grease caked up in the piping. With the pipe not be supported correctly the weight of the grease appeared to create the crack. I then spoke to the customer and they would like to go through with the repair. Cut a portion of the Sheetrock to expose the broken pipe. Cut out and removed the broken pipe pipe and fittings from the home. Prepped piping for new install. Supplied and installed new PVC pipe and fittings. Supported the piping. Secured all my connections. Ran water in both bathtub and kitchen sink to check for
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak in their basement after inspecting we found that the toilet tank to bowl gasket is leaking, customer would like to have a restoration company come out and asses the water stains. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to replace toilet and to rebuild it, customer will call after all states comes out and goes over what needs to be done.
Arrived on site client stated she got a new fridge that doesn’t make ice and her old one had an ice maker. Client would like us to cut and cap ice maker line. Clients faucet stopped dripping upon arrival and would like us to hold off on the faucet for now. Turned water on to test for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
