Javon did an excellent job! He cc replaced the old galvanized drain pipe with all new PVC. Problem solved. No more backed drain for the shower or washing machine! This is the second time I’ve used My Guy Plumbing. They’re my go to for anything plumbing.

Arrived on site client stated their kitchen sink was clogged. Upon inspection in the crawlspace I noticed the kitchen line was not strapped at all and when opening the cleanout it was packed with grease. Advised client it was best to repipe and upgrade the pipe size to 2”. Repiped kitchen line and strapped it every 3ft and added a cleanout. When done I tested the kitchen sink and it is draining as it should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak. After inspecting we found that the leak is coming from the hot and cold lines for the tub. The only way to access is to demo tile in front of the shower. MyGuy plumbing wrote estimates on what it would be to demo tile. Customer would like to decline work for Today. Visual diagnostic was collected
Hardness 2 pH 7.0 Arrived on site client stated that her first floor toilet was leaking at the base when flushed. Upon inspection in the home I looked at the other toilets and they also appear to be the same age but not leaking. Due to the age it is possible the flange is rotted downstairs and would need to be replaced so I put flange repair cost on the estimates for worse case scenario. Went over multiple options with the customer and she decided she would like to buy her own toilet and have us replace the downstairs toilet with a customer supplied toilet. Took a deposit for today and the client will call us back when she has the toilet.

Arrived on site client stated when he used the dishwasher it would come up out of the kitchen drain. Client isn’t having issues anywhere else in the home but the kitchen. Client would like to snake the kitchen drain today. After snaking multiple times we tested by filling the sink up with hot water and dumping it. Kitchen drain is now draining as it should.
Arrived to home for customer supplied RO. Customer has some questions. Found a leak and decided to be proactive on water heater due to the age. We will be coming back tomorrow morning to complete all work agreed to. Took 1000 dollar deposit.
Arrived on site client stated thier shower was backing up. Upon inspection in the crawlspace when I tried to open the cleanout the pipe snapped so we had to repipe that one section. When done repiping the shower drained better but this time took longer to back up. Since we cannot go on the roof I would have to go back into the crawlspace and cut the pipe again and thier would be an additional charge but client did not want to move forward at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had issues with their shower leaking. After inspecting we noticed customer has a Moen troll shower valve. While inspecting we also noticed that the boiler was dripping. MyGuy plumbing contacted office and will get a senior tech out.
Repair broken cast iron flange, set toilet with membership Arrived to home for broken flange for toilet. Upon inspection found cast iron flange and flange was broken. Today MyGuy cut out key way of cast iron flange, and replaced with pvc flange. Secured to floor and set toilet. Tested for leaks by flushing and there are none at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had would like their lav shutoff valves replaced along with their main water shutoff. After inspecting, MyGuy plumbing gave estimates on what we found to get rectified. For today, customer would only like to replace one main water shutoff valve along with both shutoffs for the lav sink. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found evrtthijg is working as should
Complete Diagnsotic on Navien and get heat restored to home
Arrived to home for leak. Upon inspection found mobile home piped in pb. Highly recommend repiping home. MyGuy will be coming back next week to pipe home in pex piping.found a break outside where main is. Freeze break and solder fitting popped out. Today I fixed that to get customer running water. There are no leaks at this time. Heat tape is on exposed pipe leading to home. Cannot warranty exposed pipe. Took 1000 dollar deposit.
Arrived on site and client stated she would like to get her other toilet replaced with the same one we installed for her in the past. Client also stated the toilet we installed before has a very slow drip on the tank to bowl nut and bolt so we tightened that and didn’t see anymore drips. When I pulled the toilet the flange was rusted and broken so that needed to be changed as well. When the new flange was installed we set the new toilet with new bolts, wax ring, supply line and angle stop. Tested for leaks by flushing the toilet multiple times. There are no leaks at this time.
