Great attitude, knowledgeable about his work. ‘Not pushy’, understands customer. Am not easily impressed or leave a review. He is an asset to any company he works for. Came on time, diagnosed the blockage by using camera and cleared by snaking it. Gave an option to hydro jet too but snaking worked. Keep it up Javon. Thank you !

Arrived on site clients states he has a sewer smell near the downstairs bathroom and thinks it could be the toilet. Upon inspection toilet is very sturdy and there does not appear to be any leaks from the base of the toilet or in the crawlspace area. Client states that he gets the sewer smell only once in a while. He also would like for us to replace his current widespread lav faucet upstairs. Cold side handle is hard to turn and underneath appears to be very corroded and rusted. Took a deposit for the widespread lav faucet and we will return another day to install faucet.
Arrived on site client stated they had a leak under the sink and the main shutoff valve would not work. It appears the valve for the dishwasher was leaking. Called the water company to turn the water off so that we can safely replace the main and change the valves under the kitchen sink. Replaced the main shutoff valve with a 3/4 ball valve and once that was done we removed both valves under the sink and tested for leaks. There are no leaks at this time and client is now a member.
Arrived to the home, client states leaking boiler drains for their washer. The boiler drains were original to the home and have a heaved leak when you turn them on. I provided options for replacement and client would like to go through with the work quoted. Shut off water to the home and drained down the system. Unsoldered the existing valves Prepped piping for new install. Supplied and installed two brand new boiler drains. Secured my connections and turned the home back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Home is on a slab, client is aware that the riser piping for hot and cold are backwards.
Hardness 2 PH 7.6 Chlorine .3ppm Pressure 65psi Arrived to the home, customer states that they have a leak above the existing water heater, water heater is only three years old. Client also states they have had to replace water heater constantly over the last 6 years due to leaks. After a very through explore of the system I have discovered 4 issues with the water heater and piping. There is an expansion tank at the water heater that has failed, another expansion tank at the main that is much older and has failed as well, a leaking solder joint above the water heater, lastly, the temp and pressure relief valve for the water heater is leaking at a flow rate comparable to a faucet. There is a check valve at the main. Client stated that the relief valve had started leaking and someone installed a condensate pump for the blow off so it does not flood the first floor. During the whole explore, the condensate pump went off well over fifty times due to the relief valve constantly leaking. Re
2 new single handle lav faucets Arrived for leak In ceiling. We replaced tub waste and overflow in same spot in November. Went up to bathroom to find that shower was used with liner outside of tub. Water was all over the floor and cracks were in corners telling me water was making its way downstairs. Checked all plumbing in bathroom. Toilet was loose but I tightened it and is now sturdy no leaks. Noticed one faucet was rusty and leaking. There were 2 faucets in bathroom. MyGuy supplied and installed new single handle faucets and tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
Arrived to home to install water heater. MyGuy replaced water heater , ball valve, gas cock, smoke wye for venting and about 3’ of smoke pipe for venting. Turned water on to test for leaks, there are none at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had three faucets that were loose. After inspecting MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to tighten up faucets, customer would like to move forward THERE IS NO WARRANTY behind tightening up the faucets as we did not supply them. MyGuy plumbing tightened up the faucets and everything is working as should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they needed their tankless serviced and they would like a hose spicket replaced. After inspecting customer has a whole home filtration system, so the unit does not need to be flushed. MyGuy plumbing cleared the service code on the unit. MyGuy plumbing left customer options with replacement of hose bib.
Moved main waterline away from electrical panel, to bring house up to code. Freehold, NJ 07728
Arrived on site to a dripping main water valve that we had to turn off last time we were here. Tightened bonnet nut on the gate valve and it is no longer leaking. Left estimates to replace both gates valves with quarter turn ball valves.
We arrived to assess the problem seems like the cold side of a wide spread faucet is turning non stop. We then took the cold side apart and readjusted it to stop it from doing 360s. The faucet is now working and functioning properly after triple checking. Client stated she had friends over and when she got back the handle wasn’t working properly.
Upon arrival met with Stacy who brought us down to the basement. Bunch of illegal fernco couplings all over that have failed causing the drain piping to fall and sag everywhere. We will be removing all of the copper ,cast iron and galvanized drain piping and replacing with new pvc. Kitchen sink - installing new stainless steel drop in sink with new Moen Arbor pull down kitchen faucet. Replacing 3 emergency stops under the sink as well. 2 - hot for faucet and dishwasher. 1- cold for faucet. New basket strainer and drainage including a new Studor vent to properly vent this kitchen line, and reconnecting to existing dishwasher discharge and copper water supply line. Routing the dishwasher discharge in the best possible better manner. Matching soap dispenser installed to match the faucet. New 1-1/2 pvc drain line will also be installed from the kitchen sink across the basement to where it will connect to the building drain. Proper hangers and cleanouts will be added where needed. Stacy
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak under their kitchen sink. After inspecting we found that the dishwasher tailpiece is leaking, as a one time courtesy myguy plumbing replaced dishwasher tailpiece and at this time everything is working as should.
Arrived on site client stated her kitchen faucet had low pressure. Upon inspection I took the faucet head off and found lots of sediment. Cleaned out the head and water pressure was much better. Found shark bites under the sink and recommended removing them and installing new shutoff valves as well. Replaced both valves and removed shark bites and turned water on to test for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
