My neighbor suggested this company. It was an urgent situation so, I wasn’t able to shop around. Devin is professional and the work was completed properly. The price was high but expected. I joined membership to save a couple of hundred dollars. I’m not sure that I should have. It covers inspection checks and water heater drain and discount on service repairs if needed. However, it sounded good, but with a well maintained home, needing a plumber is not often. The financing offered is a pia. The financing company is based in Boca Florida and are minimally acceptable. I would have sought different options for a loan. But, when faced with a crisis, it sounded good. The job also took several days to fix due to bad weather. Devin and helper worked very hard digging out the broken pipe. Overall, the work completed is satisfactory. My front door and porch was covered in mud for a few days so, we had to use the side door to go in and out of the house. I would have liked to have an option to fix top of sewer pipe which is cracked open; it doesn’t affect the performance but it is an eyesore to me. At the time I just didn’t know better because it was a huge mess. Now, to fix it will be another big process and expense. The company tried to add a personal touch by sending us a my guy plumbing soft lunch cooler. It’s not a bad company but it’s definitely not a five star. The financing company is a one star. I wish them well as everyone was kind and professional.

Arrived to the home, customer states they have an existing jacuzzi bathtub with jets that the water piping to it is broken resulting in a leak. Customer had other plumbers come out to address this issue, one plumber said that the whole tub needs to be removed while the other stated that can do something from the crawlspace. There is an access panel about four feet away from the faucet, but that panel is actually meant for the motor for the jets of the tub. Customer does not want to remove the tub and is simply calling for another opinion at this time. I turned the ball valves on for the tub and there are no leaks, once you turn the handles on water is spraying underneath. The faucet has failed and replacement is recommended. I advised to the client to have a tile company remove the tiling, giving me enough accessibility to replace the faucet in the future. After that install an access panel for any future service of the tub. No 59$
Arrived to unit for gas leak. Upon inspection found that gas company put a lockout on meter. Walls were open at the suspected area. MyGuy pressurized and bubble tested all accessible areas but could not find source of leak. We will call tomorrow to get back on schedule. Called pat about space heaters being that the gas is off and there is no heat. He said we did not have to worry about it because pipes are not on outside walls and there was no concern for pipes freezing.
New 40 gal water heater and upgrades Arrived to install new water heater. MyGuy supplied and installed 40 gal water heater and brought up to code. Tested for leaks there are none at this time.
Arrived to the home for an active leak and the customer had turned the water off to the home. After a through evaluation I was able to determine that the cause of the leak is coming from the three handle shower valve. The existing tub spout failed due to a steady drip from the shower valve. With the tub spout broken it was leaking water in the wall creating the leak in the basement, also the stem unit on the hot side was leaking whenever the shower was turned on. I provided options and customer would like us just to repair the shower valve for today. Disconnected and removed existing trim and stem units. Supplied and installed new stem units and seats. Secured my connections and turned the water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked trim for client as well. *Customer has requested a hard copy of the invoice mailed to their home. *If client calls us back within 90days from today’s service, I will give half credit back towards replacement of shower valve.
Found on inspection MASTER BATHROOM - leak on faucet on faucet base, Myguy plumbing recommends replacing faucet in master bathroom - toilet is loose, moving on the ground, fill valve is also not connected to the fill tube. Due to this MyGuy plumbing recommends replacing toilet HALLWAY BATHROOM Toilet did not pass the dye test. Due to the toilet, Myguy plumbing recommends replacing toilet KITCHEN -Basket Strainer is leaking, MyGuy plumbing recommends replacing basket strainer LAUNDRY/GARAGE -hot side boiler drain for laundry is not turning only the cold side is. Due to the valves being the same age and one failing, Myguy plumbing recommends replacing boiler drains. - Replace peak Flo filter and check over unit. Myguy pluming returned Today to complete work. Myguy plumbing shut off the water to the home. After Myguy plumbing was finished with the work. Myguy Plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found and everything
Arrived on site client stated thier washing valve was leaking. Upon inspection client has a single handle lever style washing machine valve that is leaking in the middle. Left options to replace single handle valve with 2 separate hot and cold valves.
Arrived to the home, customer states leak under the kitchen sink whenever the furnace is in use. I discovered that the discharge hose for the condensate for the furnace is 3/4 and the existing tailpiece is 1/2. Also, the discharge hose for the dishwasher needs replacement, I have passed off our Appliance company for the client. Lastly, the kitchen faucet is loose and very low pressure. I provided options and customer would like to just have the leak under the sink fix at this time. Disconnected and removed existing tubular drainage under the kitchen sink. Supplied and installed new tubular with correct tailpiece for the condensate. Secured all my connections and force the pump to turn on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site client she had a leak under her toilet but wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Upon inspection it appears to be coming from where the supply line connects to the fill valve. Due to the age of the internals of the tank client would like to move forward with a minor rebuild on the toilet. Replaced flapper, toilet supply and fill valve. When done I turned the valve back on to test for leaks. There are no leaks and the flapper and fill valve are working as they should.

Arrived to home to install customer supplied vanity. Upon inspection found that drainage and water would need to be moved to make vanity fit as best as possible. MyGuy installed customer supplied vanity, customer supplied widespread faucet(reused) and vanity countertop. Did not remove backsplash because customer wanted to keep it there. MyGuy supplied faucet supply lines and also drainage fittings, copper fittings for faucet and straps to secure lines. While installing, wall was not perfectly square causing a slight increase in gap width on right side of vanity. We silicone countertop to vanity base after securing base to wall studs. Also used white caulk to fill gaps. Tested for leaks on all work and there are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site client stated their ejector pump was not working properly. Would like to reschedule due to time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they are getting an error code of 10 which typically indicates that a clogged or obstructed vent. Upon inspection we checked the exhaust termination and from what we can see there is no clogged or obstruction, recommend contacting tech support to troubleshoot. Contacted tech support and inspected fan motor pulled it apart found no obstructions, tested gas pressure and tech support came to the conclusion that the burner assembly is clogged recommend cleaning and or replacement of the burner assembly. Gave options and customer would like to move forward with replacement of the burner assembly. Credited half of tech support fee towards work completed. Collected payment.
Arrived to the home, client is selling the home and they need the drain standpipe for the washer replace due to a crack and the washing machine valves replaced. I provided options due to an illegal saddle valve on the cold side being connected. Client would like to just replace the valves and fix the drain at this time. Cut pvc pipe to access the hub. Using a socket saver, I saved the hub of the 2in PVC. Supplied and installed new washing machine stand pipe and glue trap. Secured my connections and ran water to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Shut off water to the home and drained the system. Unsweated existing boiler drain valves. Prepped copper stub outs. Supplied and installed new boiler drain valves. Turned water back on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Client is aware of the illegal saddle tap valve for the ice maker. *Client is now a member.
