Javon did an excellent job! He cc replaced the old galvanized drain pipe with all new PVC. Problem solved. No more backed drain for the shower or washing machine! This is the second time I’ve used My Guy Plumbing. They’re my go to for anything plumbing.

Arrived onsite to a possible recall. Upon inspection clients dishwasher drain hose is leaking because it is broken. Left client the number for Jersey Coast Appliance (732) 240-2262.
Arrived on site, customer stated that they had a coming the cut out sheet rock in the downstairs bathroom. After testing everything in the upstairs bathroom, we found that the caulk around the base of the toilet is on the shower. We advised the customer to the shower resealed by a professional company. There is no plumbing issue , everything is working as it should. No leaks at this time.
FOUND ON INSPECTION BATHROOM #1 - under the bathroom sink their is a leak on the pop up assembly and the extension tailpiece. Toilet is very wobbly and did not pass the dye tab test. MyGuy plumbing Recommends replacing toilet. MASTER BATHROOM. - toilet is very wobbly. MyGuy pluming recommends replacing toilet due to age. - the faucet in the master bathroom is leaking MyGuy plumbing recommends replacing faucet. - the shutoff valves for the faucet are very stiff to turn and the drainage has leaks on it. MyGuy plumbing recommends performing a complete rebuild under lav sink. HALLWAY BATHROOM -toilet is very wobbly and did not pass the dye test. MyGuy plumbing recommends replacing toilet due to age. YANKEE BASEMENT/ CRAWLSPACE In the crawlspace customer has shark bite fitting and shark bite shutoff valve. MyGuy plumbing recommends removing shark bite fittings. Today MyGuy pluming arrived on site to complete all work. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing turned the wate

Arrived to the home, client states they are in the process of selling the home, the existing pressurized vacuum breaker for the irrigation system froze and broke causing a flood outside the home. The shut off valve for the sprinkler system is located above the water heater. While in the utility room I have located other plumbing issues, unrelated to what the client has called for. Those issue include, pex piping being use for the tub spout for the bathtub, over a dozen shark bite fittings for the existing whole home carbon filter, lastly, the water filtration system does not have a bypass. I provided options for fixing all plumbing issues or just the issues outside. Client would like to go over the option given and will call us back with their decision. I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the work to be completed.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak on the cold line of the kitchen sink. After inspecting we found that there is a leak on one of our connections from the previous time we were here. Under warranty, MyGuy plumbing repaired leak. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should
Arrived on site client stated that thier kitchen sink was backed up. Customer stated that they have had issues in the past with the kitchen sink being clogged and when looking in the basement at the piping I felt it was best to cut it out due to the length and history of back ups with the kitchen line. Client agreed so today we repiped about 35 ft of 1 1/2 pvc and strapped it every 3 ft. Ran hot water water when done to test for leaks and flow. Kitchen sink is now draining like new.
Arrived on site customer stated that their shower was not giving out any pressure. After inspecting we found that the cartridge has went bad. Customer also stated that their toilet seat was broken, MyGuy plumbing noticed that the water heater was leaking as well. MyGuy plumbing wrote up all estimates to get what we found rectified. Customer would like to move forward with everything. After all work was completed. MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should. Water heater is registered with Bradford white.

Arrived on site client stated since we were here last time to pull and reset the toilet their toilet started bubbled aggressively when the washing machine was ran. Client did state they had lots of company over after we reset the toilet and that’s when it happened. While I was here I ran lots of water and flushed the toilet multiple times and the toilet seems to be flushing fine. I also had the client run the washing machine and they said it wasn’t causing any bubbling out of the toilet like it was before.
