Arrived on site client stated his valve for the hose bib was leaking and had to leave the water off until it was fixed. Client had an old gate valve there previously so today we replaced it with a quarter turn ball valve with a bleeder. Turned water back on to to test for leaks and there are no leaks at this time. Left estimates to replace the laundry pump in the basement as it does not appear to be working and there are improper fittings used on the drainage in the basement.

Arrived on site to scope sewer main. Upon inspection sent the camera all the way to the street which was about 80 ft away and recorded a video coming back to the house. There was a little bit of water in the main but in my opinion not much to be concerned with. There were no roots, clogs or broken pipes in the line. Client will get a copy of the video through email.

Arrived on site customer stated that their water heater was leaking. After inspecting MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to cut open sheet rock, after cutting open sheet rock MyGuy plumbing noticed it was the hot line for the water heater. MyGuy plumbing wrote estimates on what we found to get rectified. At this time customer would not like to move forward with work and will call when they are ready to proceed.

Arrived on site customer stated that they had an issue with their toilet leaking. After inspecting we noticed that the fill tube for the fill valve kept popping off causing the fill valve to spray everywhere. We also noticed that the shutoff valve for the toilet was not in good shape MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to rectify everything. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing turned water back on and tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as operating as should
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like their water heater replaced. They also had an issue with their kitchen drain. MyGuy plumbing wrote up estimates on what we found to get rectified. Customer would like to move forward with everything. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks. Tower Bridge hooked up electric to water heater and everything is working as should.

Install comfort height Arrived on site to install American standard cadet pro toilet in bone color. Installed toilet with a new wax ring, Johnny bolts, supply line and shutoff valve. Turned the water back on to test for leaks and there are none at this time.
Hardness 2 Ph 7 Arrived to the clients home to check on toilet that was flushing very slow and filling really slow. At the time of checking on the toilet MyGuy also did annual inspection. During the inspections we found shut off valves under kitchen sink that didn’t turn by hand. There was also 2 valves under bathroom sink on first floor that also couldn’t be turned. Myguy also left an option to replace 17 year old water heater. After everything was said and done we will be emailing invoice to client. No fee was collected for today’s visit.
Arrived on site customer reported that toilet was rocking. After inspecting, we found that the sub floor is not in good condition. As a courtesy, MyGuy plumbing pulled and reset the toilet, and put shims in an and re-caulked toilet. There is still a slight movement due to the floor. MyGuy plumbing recommends getting a floor company out to rectify floor issue. As of right now everything is working as should. No issues
Arrived on site client stated that thier kitchen was backing up. Upon inspection the kitchen line was around 50 ft long and there were improper fittings used along the way. Advised client it’s probably best to cut it out instead of snaking because this can happen again. Today we cut out around 50 ft of 1 1/2 pvc and replaced it with 2 inch pvc. Tested our work by filling and dumping the kitchen sink with hot water. There are no leaks at this time and the kitchen sink is draining as it should.
