Great attitude, knowledgeable about his work. ‘Not pushy’, understands customer. Am not easily impressed or leave a review. He is an asset to any company he works for. Came on time, diagnosed the blockage by using camera and cleared by snaking it. Gave an option to hydro jet too but snaking worked. Keep it up Javon. Thank you !

Dig up and repair section of pipe that has separated with membership Arrived to home to complete work agreed to last week. MyGuy excavated area of problem on sewer line and found that pipe was separated. A cleanout was found under tree which caused the separation. We removed tree and most roots. Customer is aware about landscaping after job would not be perfect being that we removed trees and dug 4x4 hole. Pipe was also separated in crawl. Made all connections and ran water and flushed toilet to test for leaks, there are none at this time. Sump is plugged back in and will continue to run on and off until it catches up with ground water. Complete
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak. After inspecting we noticed that the T for the hot side shutoff valves is leaking, we also noticed that the accordion trap is leaking from the nut. MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to rectify all issues. For today customer would just like to move forward with rectifying leak and adding a new shutoff valve for ice maker line if customer decides to get a fridge with an ice maker line. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working. As should.
We had recently did a complete rebuild under the kitchen sink, we arrived today due to a leak from the drainage underneath. I discovered that the tubular drainage had slipped apart causing the leak, also the basket strainer was loose. I tightened down the strainer and installed a new tubular extension. I secured lil my connections and pressure tested the sink to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Today we installed a new gas shutoff for the dryer. After all work was completed. MyGuy plumbing turned the gas on and tested for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should.
Arrived on site clients stated their toilet was leaking at the base. Offered multiple options and client would not like to move forward at this time.
Installed electric water heater in Beachwood, NJ.
Arrived on site client stated their main was backed up and everything would come out of the downstairs bathroom tub and toilet. Upon inspection client has 3 clean outs going into the woods in the back. Opened two of the cleanouts and they were both full of water and sewage. Snaked main from the second cleanout. Found lots of toilet paper and flushable wipes on the cable. Let customer know that we will have a senior tech out to scope the line and see if there is a bigger cause for the clog.
Call Shamar’s having problems with the washer line that was discharging all over the floor alongside a basket strainer leaking in the basement
Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Upon arrival client stated she had a leak at her kitchen faucet and it would drip underneath the sink. After running water I found that the faucet head was not tightened on the way on the head of the faucet and that’s where it would leak from. Tightened the faucet and it would no longer leak. All three shutoff valves do not turn by hand under the kitchen faucet along with the cold side valve underneath the hallway lav sink. Client has 2 gate valves I recommend get replaced with ball valves.
Arrived on site client stated he would like to install his customer supplied kitchen faucet. Upon inspection client has 2 shutoff valves I recommend get replaced. Hot side valve has low pressure and cold side valve doesn’t hold back any water. Client has an accordion trap under the sink and a gate valve for the hose bib I recommend get replaced. Left options to just replace faucet as well and client would not like to move forward at this time. Will credit back Visual diagnostic if client calls back to perform work.
Arrived to the home, client had recently just purchased this home and are currently moving their stuff in. There is an existing ventless gas fireplace that the client had a company come out to clean it and they stated that there is a leak. I turned the gas cock on and discovered that there is a pinhole leak in the really small, appliance sized gas flex. I advised to the client that this flex may need to be ordered due to the sizing of the flex. I provided options and client will reach out to us with their decision on what they would like to do going forward.
Drained and removed existing water heater from the home. Supplied and installed new 40 gallon short natural draft water heater. Supplied and installed new ball valve, gas valve, gas flex, copper pipe and fittings. Secured all connections and pressurized the system. Upgrade the flu from 3in to 4in by code. Turned system on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Permit fees are at homeowners cost. *Client is now a member. *I made client aware that prior to the inspection, there is a good chance they may need to have a chimney liner installed on the existing interior chimney prior to inspection, client is aware. I have passed off McNally Chimney contact information to the client. *Client has requested to have the permit mailed to their home.
