My neighbor suggested this company. It was an urgent situation so, I wasn’t able to shop around. Devin is professional and the work was completed properly. The price was high but expected. I joined membership to save a couple of hundred dollars. I’m not sure that I should have. It covers inspection checks and water heater drain and discount on service repairs if needed. However, it sounded good, but with a well maintained home, needing a plumber is not often. The financing offered is a pia. The financing company is based in Boca Florida and are minimally acceptable. I would have sought different options for a loan. But, when faced with a crisis, it sounded good. The job also took several days to fix due to bad weather. Devin and helper worked very hard digging out the broken pipe. Overall, the work completed is satisfactory. My front door and porch was covered in mud for a few days so, we had to use the side door to go in and out of the house. I would have liked to have an option to fix top of sewer pipe which is cracked open; it doesn’t affect the performance but it is an eyesore to me. At the time I just didn’t know better because it was a huge mess. Now, to fix it will be another big process and expense. The company tried to add a personal touch by sending us a my guy plumbing soft lunch cooler. It’s not a bad company but it’s definitely not a five star. The financing company is a one star. I wish them well as everyone was kind and professional.

Customer stated that they went to install a new fridge but the appliance company said the bien owner needs to call a plumber. After inspecting we found that customer has a saddle valve in the crawlspace for the ice maker line, MyGuy plumbing gave customer estimates to replace shutoff valve or to run a new line from under the sink. Customer would like to move forward. We will be returning Wednesday to complete work
Arrived on site client stated his garbage disposal had a leak to it. Upon inspection leak was coming from the bottom of the disposal. Replaced disposal with the same 1/2 horsepower honey badger disposal. After installing I checked for leaks and there are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspecting, MyGuy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified. For today customer would just like all options emailed over to them, at this time everything is working as should.
Arrived to the home, client has a dishwasher and kitchen faucet on site that they want us to replace. I provided options and customer would like to go through with the work quoted. Installed customer dishwasher. Disconnected and removed existing dishwasher from the home. Made up water, drain, and electrical connections. Secured all my connections and ran a cycle to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *The existing dishwasher appears to be refurbished and has a crack on the front panel, client is aware of this. Installed a customer supplied kitchen faucet. Disconnected existing faucet. Cleaned surface of the counter top. Secured faucet and made up water connections. Ran water and checked for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Arrived on site client stated they had a home inspector say the tub spout diverter needed to be changed because it was letting out too much water when diverting to the shower. Replaced the tub spout and there is an improvement but small amount of water will still get by.
Arrived to the home, customer states a leak from the overflow plate for the existing glued tub drain, after many attempts I was able to recreate a very small drip from the gasket, I then tighten the gasket and the leak appears to stop at this time. Client is aware that there is no warranty for today, and if the leak arises again I will need to replace the tub drain for the client. If they called us back to replace the drain I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the replacement.
New tub waste and overflow, replace cartridges on faucet Arrived to home for leak in ceiling. Upon inspection found that draywall needed to be opened to further diagnose. Today MyGuy supposed and installed new Tubwaste and overflow and replaced cartridges on lav faucet. Tested for leaks, there are none at this time.

Arrived to the home, customer states that their existing 50 gallon water heater is leaking. The existing water heater is from 2009 and is leaking from the bottom. Client is already a member and I provided an option for replacement and client would like to go through with the replacement. Supplied and installed 50 gallon low Btu water heater Drained and removed existing water from the home Supplied and installed new copper pipe, fittings and flu pipe Supplied and installed new ball valve and bonding wire Secured all connections Filled and purged system Checked for leaks and fired system up There are no leaks at this time *permit fees are at home owners cost
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like to have their unit serviced upon inspection found that the unit has been serviced prior. Gave options and customer would not like to move forward at this time. Collected visual diagnostic fee and will credit towards any work quoted today.
We had recently installed new valve for the laundry sink and performed a repipe on the copper out of the laundry box. I arrived today due to the client stating that they went to wash clothes on the cold setting and only hot water was being produced. I discovered that the hoses I installed were backwards. I changed orientation of the hose to the correct spot and the washer is now working properly. No 59$
Replaced Bradford white water heater. Toms River, NJ 08753
Arrived on site installed mixing valve and set temp on indirect to 140 degrees and set thermostatic mixing valve to 120. Tested after at fixture and made sure that it was set at 120 degrees. Everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Customer stated that they had a dripping tub spout. After inspecting we found that customer has a MOEN troll shower cartridge that has failed. Myguy pluming wrote customer estimates to get what we found rectified. For today customer would only like to replace cartridge. Myguy plumbing turned the water off to the home and replaced cartridge. After all work was completed, Myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found, everything is working as should.
