Javon did an excellent job! He cc replaced the old galvanized drain pipe with all new PVC. Problem solved. No more backed drain for the shower or washing machine! This is the second time I’ve used My Guy Plumbing. They’re my go to for anything plumbing.

Arrived on site customer stated that their washing machine valve was leaking. After inspecting, MyGuy gave customer options to replace washing machine valves, washing machine hoses, and while inspecting we also found customer has a butterfly valve for their dryer. MyGuy pluming gave customer options to rectify all issues. Customer would like to move forward with everything, after all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should
New 40 gallon water heater, main shut off valve with membership Arrived to home to replace water heater. Nothing was wrong with unit. Customer wanted to be proactive. Customer could not reach behind washer to get to main shut off valve and was old style gate valve. MyGuy supplied and installed new water heater and main water shut off valve for home. Turned water on and tested for leaks, there are none at this time.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak in the crawlspace after inspecting we think the hot line for the baseboard is leaking. MyGuy pluming will send boiler technician out tomorrow to diagnose issue
Hardness 5 PH 7.2 Chlorine 1.0 ppm Arrived to the home, customer states their existing lav faucet has a constant drip and will not stop. I diagnosed this as failing cartridges. Existing faucet was very old and replacement over repair was recommended. Client would like to have a faucet installed by MyGuy Plumbing. Disconnected and removed existing faucet and pop up assembly. Cleaned surface of vanity. Supplied and installed new Moen Two handle lav faucet, new pop up assembly, and supply lines. Secured all my connections and pressure tested the sink many times to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
Customer had a problem with kitchen sink. There was a hole in the line in the crawlspace. We investigated it and found out it was an inch and a half copper. We then removed all of the old piping and install installed brand new PVC and attach with no hub bands.

Pull and reset toilet Arrived to home for toilet leaking at base. Upon inspection found that wax may have failed. Could also be flange. Left options for worse case. Customer signed for worse case but after pulling the toilet found that flange was in good shape. MyGuy pulled and reset toilet replacing supply line and wax ring. Toilet is not leaking and is now sturdy being that we had to use shims. No leaks at this time.
Replaced water heater and gas flex serving dryer. Forked River, NJ 08731
Customer stated that they had a leak in the crawlspace that the cable guy found. After inspecting we found that the line that comes in from the street before the water meter has two cracks in it and is leaking. MyGuy pluming gave customer options to rectify all issues found. Customer would like to move forward with pipe repair. MyGuy plumbing shut the water off at the valve in the crawlspace and made repair. After all works was completed. MyGuy pluming turned the water back on to the home and tested all work for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found. Everything is operating as should.
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like their tankless serviced. After inspecting. MyGuy plumbing wrote up estimates to replace aqua pure filter and service unit. After all work was completed, MyGuy pluming turned water back on to Navien and tested for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should.
Repair boiler in Holiday City, Berkeley, NJ
Pressure 75 Hardness 3 Arrived on site to perform plumbing inspection. Upon inspection I found that client has 2 sharkbite shutoff valves under kitchen sink her kitchen sink and does not have a separate valve for the dishwasher. Client has one bathroom in the home and the toilet valve cannot be turned by hand. Left estimates to replace the 4 valves.
Arrived on site customer stated that their kitchen faucet was leaking whenever turned on. After inspecting MyGuy called Moen and Moen said the faucet should be replaced. MyGuy plumbing presented options to customer to replace faucet. Customer would like to move forward with work. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing ran faucet and tested for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should.
Upon arrival customer stated they had a handyman install vanity and they have had a leak ever since. MyGuy assessed situation and found the trap was broken and was patched using plumbers putty. MyGuy created options to replace two items under lav sink to remedy issue. Customer decided to move forward without membership. After work was complete we tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Customer also would like an estimate to replace tub in the future. I advised client to call and have our remodel tech come out to give an accurate estimate.
