Perform work on Navien tankless water heater. Toms River, NJ 08753
New hose bib with shut off valve Arrived to home for broken pipe. Upon inspection found that hose bib blew apart. Customer thought she had problems with toilet but found there was nothing wrong once water was back on. Under lav sink drainage was completely disconnected causing it to leak anytime it was used. Customer was interested in membership so instead of charging for 1 item under lav sink I offered price of membership instead. There is more work to be done in the home. After turning water back on noticed ball valve before the meter dripping onto gas line below. Could not turn water off at the curb. Customer will be calling to get on schedule hopefully next week to take care of 2 valves. Finished work and tested for leaks there are none at this time.
Hardness 4 PH 7.4 Chlorine 0.3 ppm Pressure 70psi Arrived to the home, client has an older Kohler one piece toilet that constantly runs. They have another Kohler toiler that is much newer. I dye tabbed both toilets and the new Kohler passed the test, while the older one piece failed my test very quickly. I provided options for the client and they asked how much it would be for just a new direct replacement flapper. I showed the client the benefits of the MyGuy Plumbing Membership and I advised to them that I can replace the flapper only if they wanted to become a member. They would like to join and get the toilet to stop running. I replaced the flapper and the toilet is retaining water and working correctly. I advised to the client that I can not provide any warranty on any existing parts for the Kohler one piece toilet, client is aware. *Client is now a membership
Arrived to home for abnormally loud condensation pump we previously installed. Customer showed me video of very loud pump when discharging. To me sounded like thin layer of ice being broken. More like a grinding sound. We replaced pump under warranty. Pump is working and not leaking.

Arrived on site client stated they had a slow draining lav sink. Today I just removed the trap and removed what was clogged in the drain body. Lav sink is now draining as it should.

Arrived to the home, client had just purchased the home and noticed a leak under the lav sink. I diagnosed this issue as failing supply lines. I provided an option to the client if they would like to be a member and I would install new supply lines as a courtesy. Turned valves off. Removed existing supply lines. Secured all my connections and turned the valves on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *The existing valves work but are original to the home, I will leave an estimate to replace the valves under the sink remove the sharkbite valve for the toilet.

Arrived on site client stated thier sprayer hose was broken. Customer had a sprayer hose replacement on site but told her it’s best we replace the faucet. Client wanted the faucet in the same color and she wanted to get her own faucet and have us install it. Took deposit and we will return another day.
Thaw pipes with membership Arrived to home for frozen pipes. Today MyGuy thawed frozen line using hot shot machine. There is running water throughout whole home. Does not appear to be any leaks or breaks. Recommend having water company come out to uncover meter pit. Customer is now a member. Garage pipes need to be heated and or insulated to prevent this from happening again. No warranty if pipes freeze again. Spoke with customer and she’s asked to leave some faucets trickling
