During my annual plumbing inspection, Devin and Matt were prompt, polite and thorough. They explained everything before beginning the job, then assessed all drains, toilets and faucets, later presenting me with various options for maintenance and suggested repairs. They took care of the maintenance on my hot water heater, cleared two drains, and replaced several shut off valves, which were previously hard to move. They were careful to put on booties each time they entered the house and spread drop cloths to keep any mess to a minimum. Afterward, they cleaned up thoroughly, replacing anything that was moved during their visit. Both men were personable and answered all of my questions clearly. I recommend them highly! My Guy Plumbing has always provided great service!
