My neighbor suggested this company. It was an urgent situation so, I wasn’t able to shop around. Devin is professional and the work was completed properly. The price was high but expected. I joined membership to save a couple of hundred dollars. I’m not sure that I should have. It covers inspection checks and water heater drain and discount on service repairs if needed. However, it sounded good, but with a well maintained home, needing a plumber is not often. The financing offered is a pia. The financing company is based in Boca Florida and are minimally acceptable. I would have sought different options for a loan. But, when faced with a crisis, it sounded good. The job also took several days to fix due to bad weather. Devin and helper worked very hard digging out the broken pipe. Overall, the work completed is satisfactory. My front door and porch was covered in mud for a few days so, we had to use the side door to go in and out of the house. I would have liked to have an option to fix top of sewer pipe which is cracked open; it doesn’t affect the performance but it is an eyesore to me. At the time I just didn’t know better because it was a huge mess. Now, to fix it will be another big process and expense. The company tried to add a personal touch by sending us a my guy plumbing soft lunch cooler. It’s not a bad company but it’s definitely not a five star. The financing company is a one star. I wish them well as everyone was kind and professional.

Arrived to the home, client had just recently nought their home and were hearing noises in the just the downstairs powder room only, as if water was draining under the sink. I looked under the sink and discovered a Dw tailpiece that accents the condensate from the 90% efficient furnace in the basement. Gave client a complete anatomy lesson on the differences and how a 90% efficient furnace will condensate in both the summer and the winter. Other than it becoming an annoyance, this type of set up is code compliant. Will leave a cost to relocate the condensate line direct to the main building drain.
Customer stated that they had a leak underneath their kitchen sink. After inspecting we found that the basket strainer and the brass dishwasher are leaking. Myguy plumbing gave customer options to rectify issues. Customer would like to move forward, after all work was completed, myguy plumbing ran kitchen faucet and tested for leaks, at this time there are no leaks present, everything is working as should.
Arrived on site client stated they had a kitchen sink that they would like for us to install and hose bib is leaking when in use. Upon inspection under the sink I noticed a saddle valve for the ice maker and both hot and cold valves were hard to turn by hand. When I went in the crawlspace to check the hose bib I noticed the hose bib did not have its own shutoff valve and the old well was leaking water so for today I capped the well line. Left options to perform all work and client says he would like to talk with wife and will call back at a later date.
Arrived on site to complete customer annual home inspection, after inspection, we wrote up estimates on what we found, customer would like to move forward with all work. Myguy plumbing will return on Thursday to complete work, myguy plumbing Collected a 500 dollar down deposit.
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like their water heater flushed. After looking over water heater we found that customer has a 3 year old Rheem Water Heater. While looking over the water heater there are some issues with the waste heater that should be rectified. For today customer would just like to flush water heater, after myguy plumbing flushed water heater, myguy plumbing filled the water Heater back up. After water heater filled myguy plumbing tested all work. As of now everything is working as should no issues.
Replaced kitchen faucet and drainage underneath. Toms River, NJ 08753
Arrived on site and client stated their kitchen sink was very slow drain and the basket strainer had broke. Left options to either snake or hydro jet the kitchen line and to replace their existing basket strainer. Hydro jetted the kitchen line and replaced the basket strainer with a chrome Kohler basket strainer. Clog appeared to be due to grease. After hydro jetting and installing the basket strainer we filled the sink up multiple times with hot water. There are no leaks at this time and the kitchen sink is now draining as it should.
Arrived on site client stated that the toilet on the first floor by kitchen wouldn’t flush properly so we investigated flushed it once came back up then we ran sink after about 10 mins we got bubbles in the toilet and water b/u the shower we pulled toilet ran snake about 12 ft hit hard blockage played with it for about 15 mins then we got water to go down then it came back up we re snaked the line at the same spot 12 ft line open again I sent camera and then I ran camera and found a problem there is a sanitary tee on its side and it’s cause the sewer line to back up with the toilet paper not being able to make the proper turn to the street it will continue to be a problem we installed a new 1/2 quarter turn shut off valve with a new American standard cadet pro extra tall with brand new bolts ,wax ring jumbo ,tested for leaks didn’t find any

Customer stated that they had some issues that they would like rectified. Myguy plumbing wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified. For today customer would just like options emailed over to them. Myguy plumbing tightened up nut under kitchen sink as a courtesy THERE IS NO WARRANTY
Arrived on site to complete job, myguy plumbing for today disconnected existing ice maker line and myguy plumbing will return on Monday to complete woe when fridge is dropped off. For today myguy plumbing collected 100$
Arrived on site client stated they could not install their kitchen faucet. Kitchen sink and drainage was already hooked up when we arrived. Hooked up kitchen faucet and turned on valves underneath to test for leaks. Tightened all tubular nuts for the drainage as they were not tight when we arrived. Their are no leaks at this time. Customer husband hooked everything up himself said he wanted us to double check everything from the faucet to the tubular we checked everything for leaks under sink didn’t find anything

Arrived on site customer stated that they had a clogged toilet. Upon inspection found that some had tried to auger it previously and scratched the porcelain. Gave options on repairs and customer would like to try and auger it again sent down auger and was able to push past the blockage and was able to slightly restore flow to where it would drain out but not flush. Pulled toilet and remove toilet paper from trap and reset toilet. Cleaned toilet and tried to remove scratches the best I could. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment
