Carlos B. Came and assessed my situation and gave me an estimate. 3/4 Prv with expansion tank Arrived to home for leaking water heater. Found that pressure was high at 73 and relief was dripping badly. MyGuy installed new Prv and expansion tank with ball valve to isolate Prv and tested for leaks, there are none at this time. New pressure is 60 psi and expansion tank is also.

Arrived on call client stated she has a very slow draining kitchen sink and a leak under kitchen sink. Upon inspection clients dishwasher tailpiece was cross threaded and leaking. As a courtesy, I replaced the dishwasher tailpiece and a nut and washer on the trap arm. Clients kitchen sink appears to be clogged due to grease. Hydro jetted kitchen sink and also snaked it. When done I tested for leaks and filled kitchen sink up with hot water multiple times. Cleints kitchen sink is now draining as it should and there are no leaks at this time.
Upon arrival found that two main shut off valves are leaking and need to be replaced. Customer also wanted prices to add hose bibs to building. At this time I only gave an option for 1 hose bibs for each building. Total of 3 buildings.
Arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection. After inspection we wrote up options to get what we found on the inspection rectified. We will be returning on Tuesday to complete work.
Today we arrived on site to perform inspection customer did not want inspection done they just want to look at the tankless, after inspecting the tankless everything is in working order and everything is working as should,
Customer stated that they had a leak coming from their shower. After inspecting Myguy plumbing saw that customer has a MOEN Posi temp shower valve, the shower cartridge has failed. Myguy plumbing supplied and installed one new MOEN Posi temp cartridge. After all work was completed Myguy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should
We are returning next Thursday to replace almost all angles stop valves throughout the home. I advised to the client that if they purchase lav faucet I would install them as a one time curtesy for the client. I have accepted a small depot to secure customer spot on the schedule.
Arrived at call for clogged the sewer main. Upon further investigation into plumbing issue, it was found that sewer main was clogged clogged was located inside home and crawlspace. We were able to tell sewer piping was not pitched properly. Pressure from sewer main clog broke both toilet seals in hallway and master bathroom. Today we pulled and reset both toilet toilets to fix seal. In crawlspace, we snaked sewer main and camera out to street. We found no issues on sewer piping going out to street. Sewer main and crawlspace was not properly strapped causing bellies in line which is a probable cause of clog. We rest strapped sewer main and cut out back pitched fitting. After piping was all together we flushed toilets multiple times to ensure proper use and function of toilet fixtures and sewer system. One year parts and labor warranty for pipework.

Arrived complete customers annual home inspection and boiler start up after speaking with the customer. The customer would not like to move forward with home inspection today. My guy plumbing started up boiler and cleaned boiler. At this time everything appears to be working as should.
