Arrived on site to complete installing hose bibs. after all work was completed. MyGuy plumbing turned the water back on to the home and tested for leaks. At this time everything is working as should. No issues.
Arrived to the home, client has new dryer that the company did not install due to an illegal dryer vent and broken gas cock. I provided options and client would like to go through with the work quoted and become a member. Client has requested this service at a different day due to time restrictions. I am accepting a small deposit to secure the client spot on our schedule
Dig up and find and repair broken line with membership Arrived to home for break in main water line. Upon inspection found that yard had a wet spot and sand was visible in grass indicating break underground. MyGuy dug up area until we found the issue which was a split brass coupling. MyGuy replaced broke fittings, turned water on and tested for leaks, there are none at this time. We purged home and replaced soil best as possible. Customer is aware we are not responsible for landscaping after work is completed.
Arrived on site client stated they had a few leaks in the crawlspace. Upon inspection client has a leak from the toilet on the first floor that is leaking into the basement. Client has a led bend I recommend get replaced and a 3” no hub that is improperly installed next to it. Client also has multiple shark bites in the basement I recommend get replaced. Kitchen and bathroom line have improper no hub couplings installed as well as the as well as the bathroom sinks having improper fittings installed in the basement. Recommend repiping 3” toilet run going into the main stack and repiping the 1 1/2 bathroom sink line in the basement along with removing all shark bites. Today I reconnected the water and removed 3 shark bites in the process. Turned water back on to test for leaks. We will return at a later date for repiping drainage in the basement.

MyGuy supplied and installed all needed parts for new shut off valves and replacing kitchen drain line including fitting for bathroom group that was cracked. Tested for leaks and there are none at this time.
Arrived on site client stated his whole house was backed up. Upon inspection client has a cleanout in the back of the home and when opening it it was filled with water. Snaked the main and when done I found two separate spots where roots infiltrated the main. We will be sending our camera tech out to give estimate for repairs.

Arrived to home for leak in ceiling. Upon inspection found stains and wet spots on ceiling downstairs underneath kitchen sink. Ran kitchen faucet and instantly started leaking from handle and after turning faucet off it would continue to ru. Customer stated that counter was full of water dripping into downstairs. Noticed that the bonnet for faucet was very loose. I tightened it by hand and is no longer leaking. Highly recommend replacing faucet and also opening ceiling to make sure there are no other plumbing issues. Left options for everything. Said if they signed up for membership I would cut open ceiling as courtesy to make sure no other leaks. 59 waived
Arrived on site customer stated that there lav faucet was leaking and they would like both hose spickets replaced. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing tested the faucet for any leaks. At this time there are no leaks found, everything is working as should. MyGuy plumbing will return wensday to install new hose spickets with shutoff valves.
Arrived on site customer states that they had no water for their dishwasher. After inspecting we noticed that the valve was turned off, MyGuy plumbing turned the valve on and tested the dishwasher. At this time everything is working as should their are no issues.

Arrived to the home, customer has a broken of faucet that needs replacing, and they have a faucet on site for us to install. I provided options for the service and client would like us just to install their faucet. Installed a customer supplied lav faucet. Installed the pop up assembly that came with it. Supplied and installed new supply lines for the faucet. Secured my connections and turned faucet on and pressure tested the sink to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Labor warranty only for today’s service.
