Javon did an excellent job! He cc replaced the old galvanized drain pipe with all new PVC. Problem solved. No more backed drain for the shower or washing machine! This is the second time I’ve used My Guy Plumbing. They’re my go to for anything plumbing.

Arrived on site client stated that they think their toilet isn’t flushing right. Upon inspection they have a pressure assisted toilet and when testing everything seemed to be fine with the toilet. Client stated he would like a regular toilet instead of the pressure assisted toilet. Advised client that the toilet that I would provide doesn’t have as powerful of a flush but still a good toilet. Today I replaced the toilet with new wax ring, Johnny bolts, new open front seat and supply line. Tested by flushing multiple times and there are no leaks at this time.

Arrived on site and client stated his bathtub upstairs was slow draining. Upon inspection there was hair and buildup in the tub shoe. Gave options to snake tub and replace water main valve as there was an old gate valve for the main. Client would like to just snake the tub today. When snaking I removed the overflow plate and sent my snake down there and got a bunch of hair on the cable. When done I tested for flow by running the shower. The tub is now draining as it should.
Arrived to home for frozen pipe. Upon inspection found that there was very low pressure to kitchen faucet but hot line was warm. Removed aerator and found that it was clogged. There is full pressure now. Kitchen drains have accordion trap and basket strainer looks very corroded. There is not separate valves for dishwasher and ice maker. Recommend complete rebuild under kitchen. Gate valve as main shut off. Collected 59 and will credit
Customers having problems with sewer line back up in his house toilets would not go down sinks were overflowing arrived on site to pull toilet and snake line to find a problem in the crawlspace. He has a bad bell in the line. The line needs to be rip piped all good to go.
Arrived to the home, client has an existing PorFlo toilet that is leaking and constantly running. I removed the flapper and discovered it was very pitted, also the spun gasket is in very bad shape, I advised to the client that replacement is highly recommended but I could also do a complete rebuild for the toilet. I provided options and the client would like to purchased their own toilet and have us come back and install it for them. If client calls us back I will credit today’s diagnostic fee towards the cost of the replacement. Client is aware that if the flange needs to be repaired, that service will come at an additional cost.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a burst pipe. When arrived on site the water was off to the building. After inspecting we found that the burst pipe was the hose spicket line. MyGuy plumbing presented options to customer to rectify issue. Customer would like to move forward. After all work was completed, MyGuy plumbing tested all work for leaks and turned the water back on to the home. Everything is working as should no issues.
