Arrived on site customer stated that there shower was no getting hot enough, after inspecting we found that the limit stop for the shower has broken causing the handle to not stop rotating. Once Myguy plumbing. Gets the parts from Kohler, Myguy plumbing will send over estimates to get the work rectified.
Hardness 6 Arrived on site client stated her second floor bathroom faucet was dripping, kitchen faucet handle was getting stiff and under the lav faucet the cold emergency shutoff valve wasn’t working as it should. Checked for hardness and got a 6 hardness. Client stated she only had these cartridges replaced 1 year and a half ago and the faucet is already dripping. Gave options to replace cartridges and replace shutoff valve underneath lav sink. Client also stated she has a filter guy that can take care of her water quality.
Arrived to the home for winterization of the outdoor sink. Located shut off valves and boiler drain valves above water heater. Introduce compressed air of both hot and cold water piping. Blew out system and emptied all water out of the pipes. Disconnected supply lines from faucet and left all valves on under the sink. Poured antifreeze down the drain as well. Kitchen sink is now winterized
Today we arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection, after inspecting we wrote up estimates to get what we found rectified. For today customer would like all options emailed over to them. At this time everything is working as should
Arrived to the home, customer had recently had a kitchen sink installed that they had purchased through wayfair, ever since the install, the kitchen sink struggles to drain properly. Kitchen sink set up is not up to code for many reasons, main reason is the bottle trap located under the strainer. There are many functions of this sink set up, coms with built in electronics, bottle rinsed, temp dial and many more. Client had purchased a disposal thinking that the force work help the sink drain. Upon playing with the functions on top, there is a function that plugs the sink. I turned the dial, and the sink drained properly. The plug was left half open from the initial install which is why it struggled to drain. I advised to the client that ultimately replacement of the sink with something more practical is highly recommended. Upon arrival customer explained that toilet had been leaking on its own believe to be from the base. After further inspection we were able to discover that it was coming from one of the boats connecting the tank to the bowl. Provided options to customer to either attempt to tighten down bolt and see if it held, rebuild tank and replace gaskets, or just replace the whole toilet. Customer decided to just replace whole toilet installed new toilet all work was tested for proper function and leaks. There are no leaks at this time and all work functions properly.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a leak coming from underneath their kitchen sink. After inspecting Myguy plumbing gave options to repair basket strainer, and replace basket strainer. Customer would like options emailed over to them, everything is working as should.

Arrived to home for possible callback. Upon inspection found alarm would not stop beeping even after unplugging and plugging back in. Inspected pit for any obstruction. Install was very clean and nothing was visibly wrong with float or pump. Tested pump and all is working. Called tech support and performed,ed a master reset. Customer stated they lost power for a couple seconds and tech support confirmed that was why alarm was acting as it was. No issues.
Upon arrival customer explained that the downstairs slop sink had been backing up and the kitchen upstairs was affected. Customer attempted to clear by themselves with snake and was unsuccessful. After further investigation we were able to confirm that there was a blockage of buildup where the lines connected. Was able to clear line and restore flow by using 100 cable machine and snaking about 75 feet. Tested drain by running water in both sinks and filling them up and letting them drain. There is no leaks at this time.
Balance from invoice number 69870819 Completed softener install and RO system. Tested all and purged all air out of system. All works as it should now. No leaks and no issues. Videos attached for homeowners. Spoke with homeowners pertaining to scheduling their free home inspection from us. Few issues in home that we are seeing. Main shutoff we spoke about , is prob original to the home and should be replaced. Homeowner stated that on Saturday it was leaking but we see no signs of it. It still should be replaced. Master lab faucet on hot side slightly leaks when on. Videos attached of this as well.
