Shane was an excellent plumber but an even better salesman. We never buy service contracts since we don’t believe in them but Shane convinced us to buy not one, but 2, service contracts for each of our 2 homes. He fixed 2 plumbing problems in both of our homes. He was thorough, clean and neat and he was very professional. Will ask for him again.

Devin and Jordan did a great job of rescuing me when my toilet clogged while I had a house full of company. They were very professional while also being very nice to the toilet clogging culprit…5 year old grandson…and indulging his curiosity about the job. They made every effort to repair rather than replace and were clear about options and costs. They completed the job as quickly as possible and left the site very clean. I also appreciated the concern shown by Erica in scheduling asap and following up afterwards.

I had Charles and Matt C. replace a faucet and toilet, both of which the originals were leaking out of control. They were punctual, polite, reasonably priced, and did a fantastic job overall. Would definitely use MyGuy plumbing services in the future.

Arrived on site client stated that he had a few water pipe burst in the crawlspace. Upon inspection there is a ton of spray foam in the crawlspace covering the pipes making it extremely difficult to work around.
Cut out galvanized and chip brick Arrived on site to cut a part of kitchen line and repipe. When we cut the old galvanized we found ice in the old fittings causing the blockage. Being that the old galvanized sanitary tee was old and rusted we had to cut it out anyway and chip away at some brick to put a new pipe through the wall. Added new cleanouts for inside the garage and outside. When done repiping we tested for leaks with hot water and sealed any gap in the wall with hydraulic cement. Faucet started to leak so we replaced faucet as well covered old side sprayer with cock hole cover.
Accessible pipe repair with membership Arrived to home for leak upstairs. Upon inspection found a freeze break in copper line on top floor. There was zero insulation protecting inside of home from drafts or cold. Highly recommend having a company come and install insulation. Restoration was here upon arrival. MyGuy supplied and installed fittings and pipe needed to fix break. Turned water on to home and there are no other breaks. Bled home of air customer is now a member again.
Arrived on site client state that they had a kitchen clog. Upon inspection in the garage thier were a few leaks coming from the kitchen drain. One leak was coming from a galvanized connection where the nipple just fell apart and was corroded. Attempted to snake the galvanized line but was unsuccessful. Told client that we should cut this section of piping out and in order to do so we need to use the chipping gun to remove some of the brick and pull the pipe out of the wall. We will return another day to perform work.
Arrives to home for no hot water. Upon inspection found 75 gal powervent water heater throwing pressure switch code. Gas valve and pressure switch was both replaced. Exhaust is backpitched and terminates into chimney. Bradford white said that is the issue and why it is throwing the cods. Gave option to reroute exhaust through block wall. Will credit 59
Thaw pipe using hot shot pipe thaw machine Arrived to home for frozen pipe. Upon inspection found that meter pit was poly and not frozen. There was galvanized line from foundation to middle of crawl about 20’ where it meets copper. I tried to thaw using hot shot machine but did not work. Could not go from meter because it is ran in poly until it transitions to galvanized. Was not able to thaw line and did not collect.
Arrives back to home for no hot water. Before arrival found that the reason for no hot water was a problem with the electrical ran. Also tenant said stove got very hot and she was concerned. I went and checked all components off stove, lit each burner and oven. Stove is heating as it should and oven operates and thermostat shut off when it gets to heat desired. Stove is old and vents through the top. It is normal for it to get hot as it is. Wallpaper behind stove is discolored from the heat over time and customer states that this has been pointed out by tenant way before we were here for any work. I left about an inch gap between wall and back of stove for peace of mind. There is hot water to all fixtures. Removed both panels and is set to hot (120) on both. No leaks, no concerns.
Arrived to home to replace water heater. MyGuy changed plans and installed new 50 gal water heater. Tower Bridge came out to run dedicated line to heater. MyGuy supplied and installed all parts. Turned water on and tested for leaks, there are none at this time. Purged before switching on electric.
We had recently replaced the kitchen faucet for the client, and at the time of that service there were no leaks to be found. I do remember when I completed the install, I had tighten down all the tubular connections for the client. We arrived today for a leak under the kitchen sink. The moment I turned the water on, water started to leak from the tubular connection at the basket strainer. The nut was extremely loose causing the leak under the sink. I tighten down the connection and there are no more leaks at this time. I next pressure tested the sink to challenge the connection and again there are no more leaks at this time. If the leak arises again I will need to replace the dishwasher tailpiece for the client at an additional cost, client is aware. *Customer has requested a hard copy of today’s service mailed to their home.
Arrived on site client stated they will have a company out tomorrow to install their washer and dryer and the company told them that they weren’t responsible if the valves break. The valves do work but client wanted a price to replace the valves. Since valves work client does not want to move forward with the work today. If client calls back within the next 30 days we will credit the visual diagnostic towards the work.
Cut out shower trap and remove rubber 90 Pull toilet, remove flange and led bend January 15, 2026 Removed toilet. Cut out and removed lead bend from the home. Adapter to the copper drain using no hub couplings. Supplied and installed new closet flange, wax seal Johnny bolts, and supply line. Reset existing toilet. Repiped toilet drain and installed to closet bend. Secured all my connections and flushed the toilet numerous times to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Caulked base of the toilet as well. Cut out and removed leaking copper trap for existing stand up shower. Repiped drainage for shower in crawlspace. Supplied and installed new glue trap, pipe and fittings. Secured my connections and turned shower on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. *Due to the crawlspace being very tight, I had to cut the drain line for the washer to fit and make room for myself to make the appropriate repairs. Repaired drained line for washer was a one time curtesy.
