Received a call to send plumbers out for inspection, scheduled and showed up at a perfect time. Matt and Tim went over all findings and gave me a list of priorities. Arrived on site for $89 to clear your line special. Upon arrival client stated his entire home was not backed up but some drains were slow. Upon inspection in the basement there multiple things wrong and leaking in the basement. Clients trap for the shower drain was leaking as it has an hole in it after client went to grab it and a few galvanized fittings underneath it were leaking as well. The washing machine does not have a trap and drains through a plastic tube going across the basement into the main. Same thing is done for the dishwasher. There is a small section of galvanized water line that I left estimates for to replace and his main water valve is very old as well. There is also an accordion style tailpiece under the lav sink that ties into galvanized piping that is also leaking behind the wall. Left options to either replace what’s leaking or to bring everything up to code that I saw wrong in the basement, bathroom , and kitchen sink. Client stated he was not made aware of the
New ice maker line. New main water shutoff valve for home, new hose spicket without membership Arrived on site today to complete job. After MyGuy plumbing installed new main shutoff valve, new hose spicket with ball valve and new ice maker line with shutoff valve. After all work was completed. MyGuy pluming tested all work for leaks. At this time their are no leaks found everything is working as should.
Arrived on site client stated they would like to replace the trim in there bathroom shower. Left estimates to replace trim and shower head.
Arrived on site customer stated that they would like an ice maker line ran and installed. After inspecting MyGuy plumbing wrote up options to install a new ice maker line and while we were inspecting we also found that the outside spicket has a drip on it, MyGuy plumbing gave customers options to rectify all issues. MyGuy plumbing will call customer to get them back on the schedule.
Customer always has a problem with his washer line every year he always calls to get it sneaked out arrived on site found a lint sock stuck in the galvanized piping pulled out ran snake multiple times to clear any type of other blockages ran camera did not find any all good to go. Washer line is draining amazing
Arrived on site client stated their kitchen sink was completely clogged. Upon inspection client has a kitchen line that goes further than 50 ft. He also stated this has happened before in the past about 3 or 4 years ago and now it is completely stopped again. Offered options to either hydro jet or snake the kitchen line. Client did not want to move forward at this time.
Arrived to the home, client states the toilet on the first floor is clogged, I first verified to make sure there is not a main line stoppage. There is no mainline stoppage at this time. When I removed the lid, I discovered and over abundance of toilet paper in the bowl. I provided options and the client would like to first see if augering the toilet will work. I administered the closet auger and restored flow to the toilet. Prior to augering the toilet I removed all the excess toilet paper to prevent a bigger issue within the building drain. I then flushed the toilet numerous times to check if flow is restored. Toilet is not flushing properly. I cleaned the toilet bowl for the client as a one time curtesy. *No warranty for any drain cleaning.
Arrived on site customer stated that they had a drip from their tub spout when the water is off to the shower. MyGuy plumbing inspected and saw that the Moen posi temp shower cartridge had failed. MyGuy plumbing gave customer options to replace cartridge. After all work was completed MyGuy plumbing tested for leaks. At this time there are no leaks found everything is working as should.
*Oldest Water Heater Contest Winner* Supplied and installed brand new 50gallon electric water heater. Drained and removed existing water heater from the home. Supplied and installed new bonding kit, ball valve, copper pipe and fittings. Secured all my connections and turned the system on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Heavily purged the system of air. Made up electrical components. Turned electric on to appliance. *The electrical needs to be brought up to code with a quick disconnect box installed. *MyGuy Plumbing will be covering all permit fees for client as well. *Registered water heater for client.
