I won the contest for a free hot water heater thru My Guy Plumbing. Ryan Thank you for doing this contest. Not only is this company know to be very reputable, Their staff and their technicians are the best! Great plumbers!

Received a call to send plumbers out for inspection, scheduled and showed up at a perfect time. Matt and Tim went over all findings and gave me a list of priorities. Incidentally my sink had clogged the night before and Matt fixed it for me before they left. Saved me a lot of time and headache. Will always recommend!

After inspecting MyGuy plumbing wrote up options to install a new ice maker line and while we were inspecting we also found that the outside spicket has a drip on it, MyGuy plumbing gave customers options to rectify all issues. Customer always has a problem with his washer line every year he always calls to get it sneaked out arrived on site found a lint sock stuck in the galvanized piping pulled out ran snake multiple times to clear any type of other blockages ran camera did not find any all good to go. Washer line is draining amazing

Arrived on site client stated their kitchen sink was completely clogged. Upon inspection client has a kitchen line that goes further than 50 ft. He also stated this has happened before in the past about 3 or 4 years ago and now it is completely stopped again. Offered options to either hydro jet or snake the kitchen line. Client did not want to move forward at this time.

Arrived to the home, client states the toilet on the first floor is clogged, I first verified to make sure there is not a main line stoppage. There is no mainline stoppage at this time. When I removed the lid, I discovered and over abundance of toilet paper in the bowl. I provided options and the client would like to first see if augering the toilet will work. I administered the closet auger and restored flow to the toilet. Prior to augering the toilet I removed all the excess toilet paper to prevent a bigger issue within the building drain. I then flushed the toilet numerous times to check if flow is restored. Toilet is not flushing properly. I cleaned the toilet bowl for the client as a one time curtesy. *No warranty for any drain cleaning.

Supplied and installed new bonding kit, ball valve, copper pipe and fittings. Secured all my connections and turned the system on to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time. Heavily purged the system of air. Made up electrical components. Turned electric on to appliance. *The electrical needs to be brought up to code with a quick disconnect box installed. *MyGuy Plumbing will be covering all permit fees for client as well. *Registered water heater for client.

Arrived on site customer stated that the macerator pump discharge came disconnected and ejected water on the floor. Upon inspection found that the discharge was disconnected. Reconnected discharge and tested all work and there appears to be no leaks and is operating as it should. Contacted Allstates and they will reach out to the customer to come take a look at what’s going on.

Left options to remove fernco and repipe the small section of pvc but client would like to just hydro jet for today. Snaked and hydro jetted the kitchen sink multiple times and when done we tested with hot water. Filled and dumped the sink with hot water multiple times and the kitchen sink is now draining as it should.

Customer stated that they had a main line back up, after inspecting customer has a clean out in the basement. The drain line is not charged up so myguy plumbing snaked from the clean out in the basement. After sending the snake down the line we restored flow and found roots on the end of the cable. Myguy plumbing will return tomorrow no charge to camera the line and find where the roots are coming from. As of right now customer has full flow and everything is working as should.
