I can't speak highly enough of the exceptional service provided by Charlie. His responsiveness was outstanding. Arrived on site customer stated that their 15 year old water heater is leaking. Upon inspection found that the water heater will need to be replaced. Gave options on a 40 or 50 gal low Btu and customer would like to move forward with a 40. Installed new water heater brought up to code and tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment. Customer is responsible for scheduling inspection and paying permit fee. 34k 3” bvent

Arrived to home to replace cartridges in shower. Was sold for customer supplied option. We changed to invoice to have MyGuy supply cartridges instead and also MyGuy membership. We will be back when cartridges arrive. Customer is on schedule for Tuesday 1-5. If for some reason we do not receive parts in time, we will call customer to change date.

Customer stated that shower was leaking and they would like estimates on installing new toilets. After inspecting we wrote up estimates for customer to get issues rectified. Customer will call us back when they are ready to decide which option they would like to move forward with.
Today we arrived on site to complete customers annual home inspection, after inspection we wrote up estimates to get. What we found rectified. For today customer would only like to flush tankless water heater. After Myguy plumbing flushed tankless, Myguy plumbing ran hot water. At this time their appears to be no issues everything is working as should.

Home buyer had called us out to do a camera inspection on main sewer line. Gained access to lime through clean out on main stack. At 14’ 2” there is a separation in the line. From 48’5” - 66’ the line is bellied/ back pitched with standing water. 68’11” there is a separation and or poor connection to city line. Due to condition of sewer line it is recommended to replace sewer line exiting home. Another option would be to make spot repairs at each section with above mentioned issues. Will provide estimates for both scenarios to customer. Well points will need to be put in place for any digging.
Arrived to the home, customer has a dishwasher on site they need installed and the shut off valve for the dishwasher does not hold back any water and is leaking. I provided options to the customer and they would like the appliance installed and a new shut off valve installed for it as well. Shut off water to the home. Drained down the system of water. Disconnected and removed dishwasher from its location. Cleaned underneath the location of the old dishwasher. Trimmed out new appliance and leveled out. Secured my connections and made up waste line connection and electrical. Supplied and installed new straight stop for the dishwasher under the sink. Secured my connections and turned the home back on to check for leaks. There are not leaks at this time. *The existing dishwasher tailpiece had a small drip coming from the top. I discovered a warped top hat washer, installed a new washer as a one time curtesy for the client. *Flooring under dishwasher is very warped and unlevel, I levele
Upon arrival customer had explained that after running water in the whirlpool tub the echoing sound went away. Customer also explained that they had some leaks on their well. Confirmed with office that we would not be able make the necessary repairs due to us not working on well systems. At this time we recommend contacting a well company to do repairs.
