Based on our thorough inspection inside, underneath, and outside the home, we flushed the home's Rheem lowboy water heater and provided cost estimates to 1) either rebuild a leaking ball style handle bathtub/shower valve by replacing its cartridge or replace it with a new Delta single handle valve; and 2) replace a leaking outside hose bib spigot with a new Woodford frost-free model along with tying it into the existing main water supply line underneath the home with new PEX piping and fittings.
