Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) remove all the cast iron drain and sewer piping from the bathtub/shower, bathroom sink, and toilet - leaving a galvanized vent pipe; 2) pull a toilet and replace its flange and wax ring gasket; then reset the toilet and replace its closet bolts and caps and braided stainless steel water supply line; 3) install a new Watco drain system on the bathtub/shower and replace the drain lines going to the main drain stack; 4) install a Charlotte seal on an outgoing drain line; and 5) test all repairs for leaks and proper functionality.
