Pride Plumbing was called out for several issues. First, a customer noticed that their water heater pan was full. Our inspection determined that the water was coming from an HVAC condensation pan. The pan was deteriorated and allowing water to drip down onto the water heater, thus filling its pan. We advised the customer to contact an HVAC company to come out and look at the issue. A second customer had a lowboy water heater leaking. After our inspection, we provided a cost estimate to replace the water heater with a new lowboy model. A third customer had a leaking toilet. After our inspection, we replaced the toilet tank's water fill valve, water supply line, and flapper. Finally, a fourth customer also had a leaking toilet - a Murray model. Our inspection found that the toilet tank's water fill valve housing was cracked and spraying water everywhere inside the tank. We replaced the water fill valve and water supply line and corrected the issue.
