Pride Plumbing came out and provided a cost estimate to perform the following work: 1) replace a leaking two handle bathroom sink faucet with either a new Delta, Olympia, or Peerless model (this would include removing the old faucet, mounting the new faucet, and replacing the hot and cold water shut-off valves and above-floor braided stainless steel water supply lines underneath the sink); 2) remove the sink drain’s P-trap and drain line going into the wall, use a sewer machine down through the drain and clear a blockage, and install a new P-trap; 3) install a new pressure reducing valve (PRV) at the water meter (cutting and attaching it to the existing black roll outside main water supply line with new PEX piping and fittings and adding a ball water shutoff valve) and add a new green water meter box and lid.
