Pride Plumbing was called out to investigate the source of a sewage odor in a bathroom. Our inspection determined that the issue was being caused by a faulty Studor air admittance valve. We replaced the valve with a new Mainline ML10469 model and corrected the issue. We also provided a price quote to 1) install a bathroom vanity, sink, and faucet; 2) connect the sink's PEX and braided stainless steel above-floor hot and cold water supply lines and water shutoff valves; and 3) install the sink's popup assembly, PVC P-trap, slip joint extension, and drain lines.
