Pride Plumbing came out and replaced a broken flange on a Project Source toilet. We pulled the toilet, cleaned the wax ring gasket off, busted the concrete holding the flange and cut it loose from the piping underneath the home, installed a new Oatey 43612 Easy Tap PVC repair closet flange (pouring new concrete and connecting it back to the main drain stack underneath the home with new PVC piping and a no-hub coupling), installed a new wax ring gasket, replaced the toilet bolts and caps, reset the toilet, installed a new above-floor braided stainless steel water supply line, tested for leaks, added four plastic shimms around the base of the toilet bowl to level it, caulked around the base of the toilet bowl, and tested for stability, any additional leaks and proper operation with no issues.
