Arrived at location on 3/3/22 - Checked over unit. Found grinding noise from top side of unit. Pulled cover found pulley assembly blew apart. Put back together and found top bolt broke inside of shaft and pulley assembly damaged inside due to centrifugal force while coming apart. Will need new pulley assembly as this fix will not last. Secured top bolt in place so unit can be ran until parts arrive. Returned to location on 3/16/22 - Replaced pulley assembly and tested. Found all in working order.
Arrived at location on 7/20/21 - found water leaking behind unit, found that caused by split water line. Cut section of water line out, reattached water line using new ferul. Turned on water, leak has stopped. Would recommend replacing copper water line with a more durable flexible line.
Checked over Convection Oven unit, found temperature off by 25°f. Will need temperature control and probe replaced. 1/31/20 Installed temp control, calibrated. Unit is operating correctly at this time. **Travel Charges Billed on wo# 199868**
garbage disposal leaking - -Checked over unit. Found leaking from stator. Needs bearings and seals replaced. **no charge per Service Manager** 12-5-19 Removed electrical wiring and brought to shop. Took unit apart found irreparable hole in unit. Installed unit to catch water for time being, electrical is not hooked up. Will order new unit and return to replace. **No Charge per Service Manager** 12-19-19 Installed unit, turned on found okay, checked for leaks found okay. Unit is operating correctly at this time.
Found issue is not with Jackson dishwasher, it is with booster heater. Found booster heater short cycling. Found several issues. Cracked pilot cable, corroded contacts on relay, water board and ignition module. Will order parts and return. 11/18/19 Removed failed relay, low water board, ignition module and ignition cable and replaced. Energized unit and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time.
I showed their maintenance guy how to delime the Steamer unit. But the ready light never came on and the unit was over heating. I flushed the unit multiple times and was able to get it to work. I told them to have the maintenance guy delime it multiple days in a row to get the boiler cleaned out and temp probe descaled. The ready light comes on sometimes very dim. The door switch was missing a screw and was ready to fall out but I put it back together. The unit is able to be used at this time. We will order the part and return to install. 7-23-19 Ran unit through deliming cycle. Removed failed pilot/ready light and replaced. Found ground wire out of grounding lug. Repaired ground and checked operation. Unit operating normally at this time. Left 2 gallons of descaler and MSDS with customer.
Found Steamer unit with #1 float error. Cleaned float but calcium build-up is heavy and will not clean off completely. Energized unit and checked operation. Unit goes into float error when shutting down. Will need floats and relay board replaced. 11-14-18 Removed the faulty floats and relay board. I installed proper connectors on the new floats and completed the installation. I checked operation and the unit is working fine at this time.
Installed new combi oven and started up, preformed self test and flue analyst, okay.
Removed failed blower motor and blower wheel. Installed new motor and wheel. Wired motor, energized and checked operation. **Travel Charges Billed on wo#154494**
