Arrived at location on 7/2/21 found all units off and gas to each off. Manifold has gas. Found manifold pressure at 9psi. Increased to 12. LP equipment needs 10"wc at to operate normally. Cleaned fryer vats. Filled. Ran. Round high pilot pressure. Normal for new fryers. Adjusted to a mv reading of 450 no load. Turned thermostat. Found 220mv with load. ok. Let fryers cycle at 350. Found ok. Turned gas on to charbroiler. Found high yellow flames. Adjusted pilot to proper size flame. Will have mike check order. Data tag says both types. Ran griddle. Found same issue. Dztatag say natural gas. Also front panel and gas valves do not align. Suggest calling advantco. Ran range. Found regulator incorrectly adjusted. Flipped regulator lp. Ran. Found normal operation. Let Mike know findings.
Gas equipment Unit was off. Started and checked over condensing unit OK. Found as unit came down to temp controller calling for evap fans but fan not coming on. Removed cover to access fan and found fan was hard to move at first then started. Ran unit down below 10 degrees. Unit is working at this time. If fan fails again P#17813407
