Came in and cleaned the burner and gauged the orifice. customer also stated he wants me to look at the Gas Fryer unit. said unit keeps showing heat failure. checked the unit and found that the roll out switch will trip after a couple of minutes of turning unit on. checked and found that the place when the roll out switch is set will get too hot. when I checked the flame, found it was escaping the sub runner. had to remove the burner to tighten the runner tube. made sure the flame was good. ran unit for about 20 minutes and unit is working fine with no heat failure showing up.
per customer Dishwasher unit does not go out of rinse cycle. Found water level probe dirty and not sensing. Cleaned probe and instructed customer. Also rinse temp low and pressure high. Adjusted pressure from 31 to 21 psi and temp from 179 to 189. Tested okay.
