Arrived on site to diagnose a no good airflow to upstairs bedrooms. Client stated he moved in about over A year ago. He stated his daughters room is not enough air as the other 3 bedrooms upstairs. Cycled upstairs unit checked ducting. Checked and found ducting a bit under size. Checked units and also found upstairs unit is a 2 ton unit and advise that is a really small u it and may not be able to blow great air after being divided with the rest of the rooms. Checked all duct and where they ran and did a ducting lay out with cleans he saw unit is small and not getting a lot of air in and due to its size may not be able to produce a lot since it’s a smaller unit. Ad owed him a variable unit would be great here cause those units are able to go in low and high stage to be able to make up for the loss of air flow. Client os aware of the issues. Advised him now is the time to consider full system replacement to help improve airflow and design the ducting better to be able to give the c
