I recently had my whole system replaced b/c of the untimely demise of both my furnace and air conditioner. Sales Rep. Bill Duffy came out and evaluated my home and explained what size system I needed and gave me several options to choose from. He was not pushy and did not try to try to sell me anything, he just advised me of what they could offer. The prices were competitive and I was eligible for a great financing option. There were cheaper options I could have went with but at the end of the day, DiBiase guarantees their work and his staff have always been highly skilled professionals who treat my home with care on service calls. A Williamson Trade School classmate of Joe DiBiase recommended him years ago based on his work ethic in school and I've used him ever since. I've never been disappointed with the service. (And i usually don't fill these out!)
