Check water treatment system operation, found some gray coloring around and bottom of inside brine tank, found no salt inside tank, check operation went trough regeneration/backsplash and fill process everything works ok called novo and they said is normal some times to see that gray coloring, that comes from the salt, also they recommended to always have salt inside tank. Added three bags of salt to brine tank
