Installed dehumidifier in pan on plastic feet. Installed 20amp duplex receptical. Installed new 20amp breaker. Installed condensate pump with new vinyl tubing. Piped drain to new pump. Installed pan switch. Installed water alarm. Wired pump safety in series with pan switch. Tested drain and pump. Performed NOVO water hardness test. 15g/gallon. Water is defined as very hard. NOVO485-75 EFT20 is the recommended Size Softener. Attempted to reestablish WiFi connection at thermostat. Called Resideo/Honeywell tech support. Homeowner now has a “case†with Honeywell tech support. They must establish connection to personal hotspot at thermostat for Honeywell to be able to update firmware. Emailed estimate softener/water treatment system. Walked through dehumidifier operation and install with homeowners. Dehumidifier is operating well at the time of install.
