Performed three het tune ups, one heat pump with 5k back up, two gas furnaces, Amana gas furnace haas holes on the heat exchanger showed customer, turned gas off to that specific unit and informed customer the unit should be in use, new system is needed, on Lennox 80% heater check electrical low and high voltage connections close flame sensor check gas pressure performed combustion test check airflow, ok cycle furnace ok, on heat pump test 5 kw back up heater, ok check refrigerant pressures, found system low on refrigerant, we know indoor coil is leaking, heat pump will have trouble heating during this upcoming winter, customer received proposal for upgrade on both heat pump and first floor Amana furnace. During today’s visit service humidifier and also replaced all filters. Installed new WiFi router to connect thermostats to internet. Check operation of thermostats and all there start are now connected to internet.
