Heat Tune Up for 120KBTU natural gas furnace. Cleaned flues and chimney breech. Added screws to 4â€x5†reducer close to chimney. Visual inspection of burners and heat exchanger:Good Checked electronic spark ignition assembly. Checked pressure switch and components. Replaced 20x25x1 filter with 20x24x1 filter for time being. Measured static pressure. Return static is 1.1†(three times the designed static.) Temp rise was also high 70F-146F (76F). Measured gas pressure. Combustion/draft test ok. Humidifier piercing/valve is bad. No water flow. Provided estimates to replace just saddle valve. And provided estimate for bypass humidifier with automatic control. Furnace is operating well at the time of this maintenance.
