Performed Precision AC Tune Up on system. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected Electrical Components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Cleared Drain Line from only access point at the Wash Sink. Measured refrigerant charge on system. System is cooling properly, the refrigerant charge appears to be low. Refrigerant levels are around the Freezing temperature at the Indoor Coil. If they fall below this, the Indoor Coil May freeze up causing a loss of cooling. Spoke with homeowner about issue. Included an estimate for the cost to add R-22 Refrigerant to the system. System is operating but is 20 Years old. Due to age and efficiency of system would recommend replacement of the Gas Furnace/AC system before any major component/refrigerant failures occur.
