Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Ruud Gas Furnace. Replaced 16x25x1 Air Filter. Inspected Burners, heat exchanger, and cleaned Flame Sensor. Inspected Electrical Components wiring connections on unit. Put system into operation and performed Combustion Analysis. Measured Amp Draw on Inducer motor and Blower Fan which were both testing within stated rating. The Gas Furnace and AC are both 20 Years old. While the system is operating, due to age would recommend replacement of the Gas Furnace/AC system before any major component failure occurs. System is showing signs of age and wear with rust and corrosion around the burners, flue piping, and dirt buildup on the blower wheel. Water Heater is about 11 Years old. Would recommend replacement of the Water Heater before any issues occur. Average life for water heaters is 10-12 Years.
