Performed QA on LAARS wall hung Combi Boiler. Reviewed installation with homeowner. She had a question about the thermostat temperature but overall has been very happy with this system. Tested the hot water and measured 115 Degrees at the kitchen and basement sinks. Turned heat on and monitored operation. Filled condensation pump and tested. Completed checklist form in system. The next time we come back for a tune up bring 3” PVC Hangers to install more along the intake and exhaust pipes. I adjusted the hangers where the pipe was bowing near the coupling connection but if we add a few more hangers it will support the pipes better. Bring 6 - 3” PVC Hangers. This can be done the next time we are onsite.
