Found condensation pump pumping water, water is coming from humidifier, check operation of humidifier and found humidifier wired straight from transformer, not getting signal from air handler, explained situation to customer the source of water coming off the Vinyl tubing outside, customer want to turned off humidifier does not want water to go outside potentially coils freeze, and also does not want to reroute vinyl tubing into main sewer, customer wants to keep humidifier off for now. For proper operation of humidifier we will need current sensing relay, required humidistat and move the water connections to the hot side of the water heater.
