Upon arrival system was running. Customer flicked the breaker a couple of times and got the system running. I found a loose red wire on the zone board. I kinda touched the wire and the system turned off. I tighten the wire and try to move the wire again and system did not turn off. I moneyed the system for a couple of minutes and system is running fine. I informed customer if keeps having same issue we will have the replace the zone board.
