Upon arrival system was not cooling at all.:found a 24v short. Found a defective transformer. Installed new transformer and transformer popped. Inspected outside contractor and found a defective 1 pole 25 amp contactor. We will need to return and install contactor and new transformer. I informed homeowner and he agreed to price and replacing part we will need to charge for part and $205 emergency fee when we come back and install the part. Customer wanted to pay everything at once when it’s installed.
