Upon arrival I installed transformer and contactor and now the a/h board is not getting no voltage at all. Board is defective and because of the year of the unit that board is not accessible. We will need to present estimate to customer for new unit. I sent customer email of estimate he wants to review them and move foward. We will still need to charge the customer $205 service fee.
