Upon arrival system was not cooling. I inspected the air handler system and did not fine no issue. I checked condensate pump and there was no water in it. I checked outside unit and found a defective 60/5 capacitor. I replaced capacitor under no parts warranty. I also added a 5% discount. Customer could not pay the total amount she wanted to pay the balance in two payments. I spoke to Wayne and he agreed to that. Wayne said she can pay it within a couple of weeks when her social security kicks in.i checked delta T and I was getting a 20 degree split. Customer paid $136.31 deposit with card.
