Upon arrival upstairs system was not cooling efficiently. I checked temps coming out of unit and they were high. Customer says the temp will rise during afternoon time. I checked filter and it was very dirty needed to be replaced. I informed customer and she had one more filter. Checked pressures and found unit low on 410a. I added 3 pounds of 410a. Customer paid $405 total for refrigerant with card. I did not check the othe unit because the customer said it was running fine.
