Came back today in the middle of the day to make sure the conditions were similar to what the customers were complaining about. Upon investigation, Troy found that the static pressure was high on one side and low on the supply side. Have to discuss discussing with Wayne and shooting in pictures of wirings and the schematic, we determine that the speed taps were in the wrong positions. We re-wired at the speed tap And moved yellow from three to position five and we moved blue from position five to position four. After waiting 15 minutes and taking readings again for static pressure, there was an improvement in the static pressure whilst the pressures on the condenser remained adequate told customer he should have better outcomes and if not to give us another call and let us know.
