Upon arrival system was cooling. I checked ahu and found water in float switch. I was not able to reach much of the a/h I can barely reach to pull out the float switch. I was only able to flush drain line with vacuum. I still did pull out a of gunk. If we do have to return will need a 12 ft a from ladder. There is no where to place an extension ladder. Charging customer only service fee because I did not do a full drain treatment. Customer wants us to come back with a bigger ladder to do a full flush to the system she doesn’t want this to happen again. I sent her link to email to pay for service fee. Informed her it I’ll be $179 to do drain treatment.
