Customer had called us out to see what was going on with her air conditioner. She said the motor was really loud and that she smelled smoke upon investigation. Troy found that there was no evidence of any smoke or burning. Most likely customer accidentally put the system to heat mode and was smelling the burn off of the heat strips. Customer is clear on what condition is now.
