Performed heating maintenance on a 2011 two stage high efficiency tempstar natural gas furnace Replaced 16x25x4 filter Blower capacitor tested 9.7mfd, rated 10mfd Pulled and cleaned flame sensor Pulled and flushed condensate trap (had lots of gunk come out) Blower is in OK condition High fire gas pressure set to 3.0"wc, temp rise 65⁰ Low fire gas pressure set to 1.7" temp rise 52⁰ Ran combustion test, readings are within nominal ranges for both fire rates Tested supply air for carbon monoxide during operation. 0ppm registered Furnace is safe to operate and running within factory specifications at this time.
