Tripped out on a 31 fault, pressure switch stuck open Found secondary heat exchanger full of water Removed condensate trap Washed trap out thoroughly in the sink 20x25x1 Filter is brand new Flame sensor appears to have been cleaned very recently (yesterday?) Set gas pressure to 3.2"wc with reference to the burner box Ran combustion test (readings are attached to this invoice) Furnace is operating within factory specifications at this time. Signed up for silver maintenance plan Approved drain line modifications for AC condensate drain: removed p-trap (point of clogging for AC condensate), replaced cut section of pipe and installed a vent Tee fitting.
