Preventative maintenence inspection on 2021 Waterfurnace 5 Series geothermal unit. No operating codes present in fault history other than system reset codes. 30x32x2 air filter in good condition. Visual inspection of blower and compressor compartments. Run test unit in geothermal and electric strip heating together, and separately. Humidifier pad is in good condition. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
