Replace air bleed valve and repressurize second floor hydronic coil zone 4 Noticed while on site today that zone 4 quarter turn shut off valve above the pump is frozen in place. The lower shut off valve is still functioning and todays service above was performed like normal

Glycol solution is leaking on the gas furnace and could potentially cause more damage at any time. (See attached pics) Estimate has been prepared and is ready to be sent for approval
