Disassemble and clean blower wheel, housing, motor, blower compartment, and clean accessible area of secondary heat exchanger. Shop vac cleaning of combustion compartment, outer casing of furnace and filter rack. Cleaning and replacement of pad for humidifier. Perform Preventative Maintenance inspection for AC. 20x25x1 air filter in decent condition and new filter on filter rack. Visual inspection of indoor coil. Flush drain pan and drain lines. Run test unit in cooling mode from thermostat. Delta t of 20F with supply temp of 49F. Refrigerant pressures are within spec. 300psi with 11F SC, low 120psi with 14F SH. Water flushed outdoor coils to remove dirt and debris. Outdoor unit is slightly leaning and Geno would like it to be leveled. Do not have any gravel or bricks to level unit at t
