The reason for today’s visit was to provide a solution on mapping customers current 200 amp GE panel. When arrived we saw a highly damaged and hazardous 200 amp GE panel with double tapped neutrals, shared neutral circuits, rust throughout the panel, missing grounds, and more. When discussing the panel with the customer, i began to describe what i saw with the rust going through the panel itself and throughout the bus bar. I expressed great concern with the status of the panel and let the customer know of all the hazardous things i saw. While visiting, we also saw a 240V Sub panel for the HVAC system. The system itself had signs of concerns such as 120v circuits for a discharge pump, many wires that were over heated, and wires that were missing proper connections and only zip tied holding it in place. We recommended to the customer that he reached out to who previously installed these circuits and panel that they fixed the issues at hand with the system. I explained to the customer the
