The reason for today’s visit was to provide solution on a thermostat installation as well as preventative work inside the main panel. Today i saw a 150 amp 1978 CH panel with signs of concerns. There were shared neutral circuits as well as double tapped neutrals and grounds. I also saw the panel did not have whole home surge protector and recommended on installation as well as correcting the above issues. Today’s visit was addressed when the wiring for the thermostat was corrected causing the heaters to work properly. Customer will go over our solutions and if deciding to move forward he will contact the office to schedule.
