Arrived onsite and began troubleshooting with the outside outlets that were out and the bathrooms that i knew they were linked to. In this instance, the outside outlets were linked to the one kitchen gfci, which upon pulling out we found was completely cracked in half. We pulled the other gfci in the kitchen and found the same thing. We discussed the age of the devices and i told her i would write up a redevice quote to send her but she wanted one in the upstairs bedroom, and the dining room adressed as well. Downstream from that we found the back patio outlet was also bad causing power to not be able to pass up to the deck and front outlet. I wrote up a price to take care of the immediate dangers, then one with the fans and lights she wanted done, and then a redevice price as well. For today we did the 2 kitchen GFCI’s, one outlet in the dining room that was bad, one in the upstairs master bedroom that was bad, and the back patio one with a new in use cover and WR GFCI.
