Arrived onsite and discussed with the height of the ceiling what sized ladder would be needed, as well as she showed us the light she wanted to install in its place. Then the resident showed us to the basement where she had a contractor come in a while back and start but not finish the basement kitchen off. The wiring is mostly in place but all needs to be hooked up, slightly modified, or some things added to be code compliant. Also it’s in an in between stage with the hood fan cabinet where it isn’t hung and the duct isn't cut down through it, the duct is just sitting up in the ceiling. I talked to her about a plan to tackle the basement project and then wrote up a price for the foyer light as well, and then the 2 combined. After showing her the options she wanted to think about it for now so i ended up emailing over the options i had created.
