Arrived onsite and was shown to the kitchen fans where i found the bulbs were the issue in the fans light kit. They were a non dimmable led but they were defective leds that were going bad, even had little black markings around the driver and were exceptionally warm. I made a new recommendation on the bulbs to put in there so she stops having issues as well as found both fan remote batteries were almost dead so i helped her get that as well as the doorbell stuff ordered. In terms of the doorbell, i will have to drop out of the 3 gang switch bank by the front door, down to an outlet for the kit she is buying to plug into. Then i will have to route the low voltage wire coming off of the transformer to the doorbell location outside. I will also be removing the old battery ring doorbell and installing a new hardwired one in its place once i route the wire outside. Test and verify that is working once completed.
