This estimate includes the installation of 7 new dedicated circuits for the receptacles, appliance, bathroom, fridge and garbage disposal.We shall install all new receptacles, switches and recess lighting throughout the proposed finished basement area. 18recess lights in total. In addition we shall install a smoke detector in the basement bedroom and ArcFault breakers for all new circuits or modified circuits to adhere to NEC standards. GFCI protection is included for all wet location and countertop areas. Lastly we shall install a customer supplied bathroom vanity lights and bathfan. Bath fan shall be properly vented to the exterior of the home. A fan brace box shall be installed the basement bedroom. Pricing does not include permitting and inspections. Main area lighting shall include 3way switching and dimmer switch.
